The business is in the shopping center with the Shell gas station, SOUTH of I20, directly across the road from McDonald's, on the west side of Duncanville Rd. The signage facing Duncanville Rd. was different than the business' name; and the signage in the shopping center was hard to read at night, as well as being smaller than the signage identify the type of business. Very pleased with the cleanly appearance, inside and outside. With the wave of the hand, the door opens to not only make life easier for those with disabilities, but all customers carrying in their laundry. This feature is spectacular during Covid-19! The upside for everyone is that the machines are clean with a variety of sizes. The downside FOR ME, was the spin cycle didn't remove as much water AS I PREFER. Some may appreciate this since the wrinkles are reduced. (Maybe someone could manufacturer a machine and add a setting for this preference?) Always grateful for a clean restroom - this one was not only clean, but pretty. Disappointed with a ceiling tile being open and the cold air draft. Grateful for the attendance's efforts and her guidance.

There is a person on duty if you have a question or problems with a machine. The day we were there, a lady was on duty. She was cleaning everything as if it were her own house.
