I looked at reviews locally and settled on this one 20 minutes from my home. It turned out to be well worth the drive. Cleanliness is huge with a laundromat. The dropped item of wet clothing or towel that falls out of the dryer while unloading can mess with your mind when the floor isn't clean. No such problems here. This place is tidy and sqeaky clean. Washing machines and dryer interiors are also clean. Nothing crusty or rusted and nearly all appeared operational. Temperature is next. It's mid-July and it's cool in here. Ceiling and wall mounted fans keep the air conditioning moving and I was very comfortable the entire time. If you are a traveler, no worries. They have change machines and soap machines; but also a well stocked mini-store with laundry supplies. They also do laundry here. Call for info. There was a friendly and helpful attendant on site. There are adequate restrooms and working reasonably priced vending machines with a few gaming machines, too. The two televisions that were on were tuned to the local news channels (thankfully). I would definitely come back here to do laundry. This was not during the weekend so I can't speak to how it would be then; but it was pleasant enough today.

Many of the machines are quite new, and if only they were properly cleaned, on a REGULAR basis, they would be great, and I would definitely give a much higher rating, probably 5 stars. But, the attendant just pushing dirt around the floors with a broom, and occasionally mopping is simply not the thorough cleaning that gives me confidence. I understand that cannot be a fun, desirable job, though it provides plenty of time for personal phone calls... Sure would be great if regular wiping of the machines could be coupled with those phone calls.

I took my items there on Saturday, asian guy informed me they would be ready on Monday. I waited until Tuesday picked up my items. Apparently there's no one that cleans or repairs broken machines, so you enter $4 to find out the washer isn't working. Then you find one that starts to work and then you notice the door is locked, it's spinning, but no water is going into the machine. So you have to wait until it stops. I went into the restroom to look for a paper towel to wipe the sticky crap off of the table and there was a huge hole in the floor and the toilet and sink were black with dirt. It's beyond nasty.
