Unlike most laundry mats the front load machine soap areas were almost completely spotless. I almost felt bad when my soap missed the dispensing area. Of course I cleaned my mess. The decor is simple and cute and the restrooms are so clean. I'll definitely be returning next time I need to wash my sheets and comforters. I came in the first time because my favorite jeans ripped and I needed them patched. I got them back and turned them inside out to see the work done. The alterations lady had taken a piece of fabric from another pair of jeans and sloppily sewed it over the ripped area. Ok, fine. I'd rather have had it neatly sewed around the edges but whatever. Not only was it sloppy, but she had sewn all kinds of lines of different angles right through the middle of the patch, I assume to secure it in olace, but it looked like hell! Luckily, it was in a spot where it is not noticeable. I expressed my dissatisfaction but still paid for the work. Then I had ripped the seat, around the back pocket area, of a pair of jean shorts. I took them in to have them patched but already knew what to expect. When I picked them up, the patch job had been done a little more neatly. I was satisfied. Then I laundered a blouse that has pleats in it. So of course when I pulled it out of the washer, the pleats looked discombobulated. I don't have time to stand around iron pleats into a blouse so, after I hung it up to dry, I took the blouse in to have the pleats ironed back in. When I went to come pick it up, I could see the lines in the pleats were not straight at all, almost like an eight-year-old could have done a better job. What is so hard about ironing pleats into a blouse? I pointed it out to the cashier and she offered to take it back and have it redone. I reluctantly agreed and when I came back the second time to pick up my blouse it did not look any better. These people are completely incompetent. I really have no idea how they stay in business. Their work is absolute junk!!
