Found this place in Arlington. It's open 24 hrs and even offers free dryers (which I couldn't find until after I had already paid but still 8 min/.25c isn't bad) I came at like 5:30-6A on a Friday and it was decently busy with probably 5-6 people in and out with their laundry. I didn't have any problem with the dryers (and really like that they take cards and quarters). I would definitely come here again to do laundry.

Was turned away once when my husband and I came in the evening even though the sign said last wash…read morewasn't for another 30 mins so we were pretty disappointed. Came back to give it another try since it's close by but won't be back in the future. Half of the machines were broke and even the ones that were supposed to be working didn't seem to. One of the loads we started the water spilled in gallons out of the bottom for lack of a good seal. When we made the girl working there aware she didn't seem to be in any rush to help. She laid two towels over the water (which didn't make any kind of difference compared to the amount of water on the ground) and put up a caution sign. There was at least an inch of water on the floor. Then she didn't put up a sign or anything to say it wasn't working and another lady almost tried to use it but I warned her not to. It wasn't until the owner (I assume he was) came by almost an hour later did it get mopped up. It seems that this was a common issue because there were towels bunched up on the other aisle below other washers as well. Inside was very hot.

You definitely don't want to jam too much in each load because then it won't wash well. They're great about maintaining all washers in working order. Which is rare at most washaterias. Free dryers work 30 minutes at a time. You have to wait for 30 minutes to end before starting it up for another 30 minutes. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are swamped in the mornings before 11am. Monday through Thursday is the best time to wash because the large washers will be available and everyone is at work. It's a clean laundry mat.

And there's always someone around to help if I have any issues.. And I also like that all the machines are modern, not outdated. They feel newer and work well. And although it's a good 50 minute drive out of my way and there are plenty of places much closer to me, I like going there because I appreciate their small town kind of vibe... Even when they're busy, the owners are always chatty and friendly and do what they can to make everyone feel at home.. and that's why I don't mind the drive. It's worth it. After all, it's my weekly thing!

Can I start off by telling you how much I HATE laundry mats. However my dryer went out and hasn't…read morebeen replaced yet and well the laundry doesn't stop piling up, so to the dreaded laundry mat I go. However, this wasn't the typical laundry mat. I walked in and was greeted by Adrianna, who I guess from the look on my face knew it was my first time. She explained the different size machines, showed me how they work and suggested I download the app versus putting quarters in the machine (they do accept them and there is a change machine) - so I can get emails and build loyalty points. The app accepted Apple Pay however she did let me know that there were no refunds, so if I loaded $20 and only used $15, I would just have a $5 credit. I drag all my stuff in and get started but unlike other places, the machines provide the detergent (you have options, tide, gain or sensitive tide) as well as color safe bleach. For an extra charge you can request extra for those extra stinky loads. Also on the app you can tell how much time is left on your wash and dry and it gives you an alarm option for a one minute before it stops. Drying was just as easy as they provide the dryer sheets! Seriously folks how many times have you forgotten something and dreaded having to go to the machine and buy it. You don't have to worry about that here. Lots of spots to fold your laundry, they have lots of seating, have a TV and offer free coffee, clean bathrooms, a vending machine for snacks but the one thing that impressed me the most although I'll never utilize was the kids corner!!!! It had child appropriate shows as well as toys so they can play while work gets done. I also saw outlets so you can charge your phone while you are waiting. But wait . . . There's more!!! If you are like me and hate doing laundry, they have a drop off service where they will do it for you!!!! Washed, folded and bagged all for a small fee (check out my picture for current price of this post). Adrianna gets to know her customers and she doesn't allow loitering - which I appreciate because I tend to walk away from my stuff from time to time (yes, I know, stupid), so she's there keeping an eye out for folks. There's plenty of free parking on the backside, as well as an entrance, so you don't have to walk around. And the kicker, I washed 5 loads of laundry (don't judge me), dried them and folded them and was out of there in just over an hour!! So this is now my spot for laundry and I don't feel rushed to replace that dryer, but when I do, I'll still keep coming by for those loads during the summer (iykyk!)
