On the evening of my visit around 8:30 PM, I was finishing my laundry shortly before the 10:00 PM closing time. I was the last customer inside and was in the process of removing my clothes from the dryer and gathering my belongings so I could leave. I had my 1-year-old grandchild and my 14-year-old daughter with me. As I was packing up my items and preparing to leave, the employee on duty told me I needed to leave immediately in a very nasty tone. I calmly explained that I was gathering my belongings and would be leaving momentarily. Instead of allowing me a reasonable amount of time to finish collecting my clothes, the employee called the police. Two officers arrived. One officer approached my 14-year-old daughter outside and asked for her name and ran it through his system. The other officer spoke with the employee inside the store. According to the officer, the employee called simply because she wanted me to leave the building. This situation was completely unnecessary and escalated what should have been a simple situation. I was already in the process of leaving. Having police called while I was peacefully gathering my belongings--especially with my children present--caused significant emotional distress and discomfort. During the interaction, the employee also continued speaking negatively about me until the officer asked her to stop talking, while he allowed me time to collect my things. This experience was extremely upsetting and felt discriminatory and unprofessional. No customer should have police called on them simply for finishing up and gathering their belongings at closing time, especially when children are present. I hope the owners of this location review their staff training and address how customers are treated so that no one else has to go through an experience like this.

I decided to go there since my brother mention to me that there is a young lady name " Alondra " who helps him fold his clothes , because he's handicap. We decided to go on Tuesday ,and when we did we were amazed as how clean the facility was.My brother was correct she just happened to be working that day. She showed my wife how the machines work. Mind me the last time we were in a laundry mat we were not impressed and dreaded it since the only ones we knew of were in OC , when we lived in the hood. She was very friendly and told us that they provide free detergent and that liquid to soften your clothes , and dryer sheets. Good thing is that we didn't have to worry about having change( quarters ) to wash and dry. They used a card system. wonderful i loved it. I'm very impressed at the facility the cleaningness it was and the friendliest as well . A plus is that its across the street for the police station. I will defiantly tell my family about this facility if they are ever in need of one . Thanks to Wave Max and their friendly employees you guys rock . _ My clothes is clean.

I was the first one in and first one out- it was empty so it was super easy for me to get in and out. I did the quick wash for 18 mins. I used the change machine and got quarters (however they do have an app that you can download and pay via app for cheaper pricing- $1.99 on app for washer instead of $2.50 for quarters). The man working was really nice and to himself and the place itself was pretty clean and quiet. I didn't feel unsafe or out of place. Overall great ! Will definitely use again if need be !

Single loads are $3.00 & & 3.25 if you want the extra special cold load. Don't ask me what it entails because I have no idea. I just plopped another quarter & made it $3.25 because...just because. Today I used what I guessed to be a medium washer that cost me $3.25 because I went for the extra special cold...thing. Anyway, the dryers are large and the first 10 minutes is free. Load your clothes & push start and the first 10 minutes is on the house. If you decide to add a quarter after starting your load each quarter extends the time by ten minutes. You know, I imagine you could just open/close the dryer door & start the drying cycle all over again each time your ten minutes is up but I'd rather just plop a few quarters in and have a seat watching any one of the many big screen television screens they have up, I truly like this place. The bathrooms are clean & there's an area for families with small ones to sit. There's even a few games for the kids to play with including a coin operated horse that you once found in front supermarkets back in the day. One word of caution: When I put $10.00 in the change machine I got back quarters and $1.00 goldish coins. As God is my witness I've never seen these before. However they can be used both in the laundry and vending machines. Huh. Will wonders never cease? So there you have it. Highly recommended and absolutely worth your time. So that made it a worthy trip. But seriously, Queen is going to lose clients just like me by over complicating things.
