The service is friendly, they know who we are when we drive up in our car, we have not had problems, and are delighted with our neighborhood cleaner. Single loads are $3.00 & & 3.25 if you want the extra special cold load. Don't ask me what it entails because I have no idea. I just plopped another quarter & made it $3.25 because...just because. Today I used what I guessed to be a medium washer that cost me $3.25 because I went for the extra special cold...thing. Anyway, the dryers are large and the first 10 minutes is free. Load your clothes & push start and the first 10 minutes is on the house. If you decide to add a quarter after starting your load each quarter extends the time by ten minutes. You know, I imagine you could just open/close the dryer door & start the drying cycle all over again each time your ten minutes is up but I'd rather just plop a few quarters in and have a seat watching any one of the many big screen television screens they have up, I truly like this place. The bathrooms are clean & there's an area for families with small ones to sit. There's even a few games for the kids to play with including a coin operated horse that you once found in front supermarkets back in the day. One word of caution: When I put $10.00 in the change machine I got back quarters and $1.00 goldish coins. As God is my witness I've never seen these before. However they can be used both in the laundry and vending machines. Huh. Will wonders never cease? So there you have it. Highly recommended and absolutely worth your time. One last thing: There are PLENTY of clothes baskets/carts to go around. Enjoy! I'm going to go outside now & touch some grass. But seriously, very nice place.

I asked the lady at the front desk, could she keep my clothes until then, write everything down, and then I could just come back to get them once they're ready. She told me that she can't accept clothes if the computer system is down. That's just a ridiculous response when you run a cleaning business, unless you just don't care. And it seems like they just don't really care.
