Building was so clean and new that I returned each week with minimal laundry. The 1st time, there was 1 baby sock that stunk of adult b.o. I'd brought no baby clothes. Fortunately it only stunk up a nearby bag in the dryer, I pulled sock out and put it on a machine away from me. No big deal, just weird. A masked lady who worked there was always around. 2nd time fine. 3rd-4th times fine. Last week, I washed and dried all my sheets and blankets using several machines. I read, answered emails during that time. I unloaded the dryers and my most expensive blanket was gone. I looked around, everyone on their phones, masked lady can't be found. Even tho I'm a perfect tenant, I was pushed out of my home recently, I'd always paid the rent, respectful to everyone, an influx of illegals tripled our rent and everyone except illegals , their friends, and a few wealthy tenants got to stay. It was city-wide. I can't ever afford that specific blanket ever again, they may think they struck gold, but I can't help it, I don't respect thieves nor liars. They cheap and low. I refuse to have to sit and stare at my laundry while it's drying. I was very upset for rest of day that anyone would steal from poor people, that's entirely gross. I'm not going to insult animals by calling them animal names, and I'm not going to call them slimy. Of course I won't have anything to do with that slimy place again. Went in to dry work clothes ( pants n blouses and my " special needs" child blankets. Attendant lady was there went I left no more than 15 minutes to get my child's food. Came back and my child's Giannis Antetokounmpo Queen size blanket was stolen out of my dryer..along with his Space Jam ( LeBraun James blanket. This place has a good amount of washers and dryers available especially on a weekday. You'd want to go when it's not that busy and there's enough carts to move your laundry around. The pricing for it is pretty decent and the manager of the area was keeping the facility pretty well kept. read more

Clean, well-lighted, and well-maintained throughout, including restrooms. Probably fifteen rolling hampers, with just as many folding tables and customer chairs. Staff on site at all times. No WIFI, however. Starbucks in Kroger is across Forest Lane. UPDATE: However, I'm done with this laundromat. Along with its soaring popularity has come a crowd of boarish, ill-mannered customers, and worse, low-life, slime-trailing thieves. I was already tired of the on-site employees turning a blind eye to customers who hog the finite number of laundry carts for the duration of their visit (you know, the hangers dangling from the drying bar or the detergent sitting in the basket that says "This one's MINE."), even when no more carts are available. Then, on our last visit--and I do mean last--we had a number of items stolen from our dryer, even as we waited outside in the car. Apparently they sorted through it at their leisure, choosing a nice baseball cap, a half-dozen better tee shirts, UnderArmor gym shorts, etc, and it must have taken some time. Yet the see-no-evil employees saw nothing. So far we've spent about $75 replacing essential items. For a laundry mat, this place is legit. Good amount of seating and the wheelie carts. Tons of machines (washers of different sizes/prices and free dryers). Bathroom for men and women. A few TVs throughout along with 2-3 arcade games and a vending machine. Change machine is available, as well as a machine that dispenses detergent. Clean place, well lit. Small load = $2.25 Medium load = $3.50 Large load = $5.50 Dry = FREE You just have to put a quarter in to declare what heat temperature you'd like to dryer to be on and then the quarter will return and you repeat the process until you've reached the desired dryer duration! If you DID NOT wash there, it's only $0.25 per 10 minutes. That's still a helluva deal compared to some of the more dirty but costly laundry spots around town.. What's even better is: it's clean, people mind their own business and there are PLENTY of washers & coin changers for use. read more

I really don't like to use public laundrmats especially since Covid. But today was a must. I was so pleased with my visit. This has to be one of the cleanest laundry places I have been too. Been here twice since moving to the area... they are so clean. The attendants (two ladies I can't think of their names) are also helpful and literally clean the place all day. I was leery of going to a laundromat, but am so glad to have found this little gem. Plus, Kroger is directly across the street so if you forget something, you can quickly grab it. I always use the largest size washers priced at $5.50 and the one down a size priced at $3.00 per wash. Dryers are free, there's a/c and wifi available. I suggest going in the mornings before all the lunch traffic rush on forest. read more

Well I must admit....this is probably one of the cleanest wash rooms located in the north side of Dallas. The location is not far from my apartment complex and they offer FREE DRYING for washing customers only lol. There are approx 8 security cameras located inside this establishment so it is super safe in here. The washers are well kept...I haven't seen any out of order signs and they have tons of washers and dryers available. The washing prices are standard...but since drying is free and the place is spotless, I would probably call these prices a steal!!! Check it out! Way better than your apartment washer and dryer. Came here to wash an oversized item. Read that the service and machines were great. Pleasantly surprised by what was to come. Much love to my girl Maria. Decided to start my wash, intending to come back halfway through dinner to start the dry cycle. Maria kindly offered to put my item into the dryer, so I didn't have to interrupt dinner with my family. What a sweetheart. She is the BEST!!!! Great laundromat. Plenty of machines with different size load options available. Dryers are free for customers that use their washers but you have to keep putting a quarter in for each ten minutes you want to dry... the machine spits your quarter right back out though. Bathroom is fairly clean. They have a change machine and another one that dispenses detergents or softener in case you forgot which has helped me a ton! The ladies there are helpful as well. One saw me struggling to figure out which machine to use bc one was too big, the other was too small. She politely came over and pointed me to the machine that was better fit for my load. No real complaints other than it can get pretty busy but that's bc it's one of the better laundromats in the area read more

This is as good as it gets for having to go out and do laundry. I had to give up on my apartment community laundromat the machines rarely worked. I seriously hate doing laundry but Pro Wash & Dry makes it easier for me. As long as you don't go doing peak hours you are golden. If you must go on a Sat/Sun make sure you get there when it opens. I do my laundry here every time because it's one of the nicer laundromats I've been to around this area. The owner (I'm guessing she's the owner) is very nice and helpful. She's very involved and I always see her fixing machines herself and keeping people from hitting up the customers for money. There is free wifi that works pretty well and drying is free. Only complaint I have is almost every time I come someone is trying to preach to me or sell me something. But I can live with that, I know the owner can't keep up with every single person who comes in. read more

I haven't been to a laundromat in over 30 years but I needed to wash my three dog bed covers. I was apprehensive but I relied on Yelp and was so happy I did. This facility is very clean and had 2 women continuously cleaning the floors and machines! One lady walked me through the process -- actually she did everything for me from getting the correct change, putting soap in the right slots, setting the temps and offering to put my clothes in the complimentary dryers for me if I wanted to leave and come back! read more

I wasn't expecting to write a review on a laundromat. I haven't been to one in ages but packed too few outfits for our trip to Dallas. This facility is spacious with more than enough washer and driers. It is clean and well air conditioned. The use of driers is free if you wash here. (You do have to put in a quarter to activate the cycle, but it comes right back out.) They also have WIFI, tv's, and arcade games in the back for the kids. I was very impressed! The laundromats I used to use in college were dingy and dirty. Even the bathrooms are clean here! Highly recommend. read more

Clean laundry mat with free drying. Friendly, helpful, and observant lady that used to work there. I haven't seen her lately. Hopefully she is still working there. I had accidentally gotten back to the laundry mat too late once and she had put my clothing into bags and stored them over night for me. I was so worried that someone may had walked out with my laundry. The next morning, I went up to the laundry mat and the owner was there. I was in a frantic state by that time. I ran into the laundry mat and she greeted me with a smile and assured me that my belongings had been stored in the inside storage room over night....which. was true.... I thanked her grandly. Pro Wash & Dry is the nicest Laundromat I've found! I don't have an in-unit washer/dryer and I hate to do laundry at my apartment complex. This is a well-kept, reasonably-priced option that allows me to do all my laundry at once. It is always attended by someone who is actively maintaining the facility. I like the fact that the machines look and smell fresh! The only improvement I would suggest is brighter lighting in the parking lot and the addition of Wi-Fi. read more

The place is top notch! I went to wash a comforter. Clean, reasonably priced, stocked vending machines, a couple of arcade games, plenty of machines (I went on a week night). The attendant was busy keeping the place sparkling but was helpful in exchanging some dimes and nickles for quarters. Let me start by saying that I was pleasantly surprised with this place. I have been to several laundromats in the past, and this one is one of the best I have visited. Let me begin my adding my disclaimer that I visited this at around 8:15am CDT on a Saturday. The weather outside was 70° F (more on this in a moment). The place is medium-sized. It has around 20 large washers (large enough for a king-sized comforter), and probably 20-30 smaller ones. It also has around 50 or so large dryers (large enough to fit a load from the largest washer). The larger washers cost $4.50 for a load. There are several employees that walk around and make sure that the washers are clean. One of the things the employees here will do is remove your clothing from the dryer if you let it sit too long. Make sure that you remove your laundry from it so that others have a chance to dry their clothes. Perks about this place include a coin exchange for bills up to $20, a dispenser where you may purchase bleach or detergent, clean restrooms, and an arcade if you have children. The place has a large amount of laundry carts, as well as a decent amount of seating available. It offers free drying (insert a quarter, and it will fall through the dispenser so you can use it again. Please make sure you have 1 extra quarter for this!). It also has 3 dryers for people that are bringing their clothes to dry only. The place also offers free wifi for people doing laundry there. The parking lot is the worst part about this place. Many of the spots seem to be taken up by people that are not even inside this place. If you come in the morning, though, you should be able to find somewhere decent to park. One thing I'd like to point out is that they had the doors open this morning when it was cool. I assume the AC works here, but if it doesn't work well, this place would be scorching in the summer. Got there while unloading was refused privileges of using the restroom because I have not begin to wash clothes then was attacked by two non-american Spanish-speaking ladies but did not want me to dry my clothes there because I have not washed it there and was very treated poorly and rude discriminated against when I asked to speak to the manager they would not give me a manager's name and number I will never spend money there I will never go there I would never recommend it they don't even deserve a star they should be out of business read more
