They periodically clean and whip down the equipment. There's a play area for children, vending machines, TVs, ect. They also provide services for you to drop your clothes off and have them take care of everything for you (though I've never used it). The only negative about J&J is that one could say that it's expensive. However, for the peace of mind you have here, I think that is well worth it.

I was the first one in and first one out- it was empty so it was super easy for me to get in and out. I did the quick wash for 18 mins. I used the change machine and got quarters (however they do have an app that you can download and pay via app for cheaper pricing- $1.99 on app for washer instead of $2.50 for quarters). The man working was really nice and to himself and the place itself was pretty clean and quiet. I didn't feel unsafe or out of place. Overall great ! Will definitely use again if need be !

I Googled "best laundromat in Dallas" and ended up at Lemon Fresh Wash and Dry, a family owned business run by the fabulous Mrs. Pamela. This woman is an angel disguised as a laundromat queen. I came in to do a few loads, got distracted living my life, and completely forgot an entire load in the dryer. Didn't remember until after they closed. I called the next morning prepared to grovel, but Pamela just laughed and said, "I see them and I'm going to run them again so they aren't crunchy." Crunchy. She said that with love. And then she FOLDED THEM. Folded. Them. For. Me. Ma'am... what kind of customer service sorcery is this? When I first walked in and asked how her day was going, she said "Great! I never have a bad day." After meeting her, I fully believe this. She radiates the type of joy you can feel from across the room. If you want clean clothes and your faith in humanity restored, come here. I'm convinced Lemon Fresh isn't just a laundromat. It's a ministry. Highly recommend!

They then have many fans running to try to give some relief but it's a laundromat so there's a lot of heat coming from the machines/dryers. And there's always someone around to help if I have any issues.. And I also like that all the machines are modern, not outdated. They feel newer and work well. And although it's a good 50 minute drive out of my way and there are plenty of places much closer to me, I like going there because I appreciate their small town kind of vibe... Even when they're busy, the owners are always chatty and friendly and do what they can to make everyone feel at home.. and that's why I don't mind the drive. It's worth it. I've always had a good experience at this laundry mat but today is a very different story, I had…read moremore than usual to wash and dry and I always try to go during slow times So I can use the large washers and there were more than enough of these washers for me to use as many as I needed to wash all my laundry, When I was done washing all my clothes and bedding I put everything in as many of the dryers as we're available and took pictures of all the dryers that I was occupying and went to sit down in the provided seats and after a short period of time I started checking on each dryer I was using and unfortunately one of my dryers that had my very expensive bed sheets in it was being used by someone else and my sheets were missing, I asked the attendant and at first she told me that she did not remove my sheets and then after I showed her the pictures she changed her story and said that she pulled them out for some other lowlife that he didn't remove my belongings but none the less my sheets are gone and no one that's to claim responsibility for my missing sheets, My advice to anyone who wants to use this facility to keep a very close eye on there belongings or the same thing might happen to them, As for me I will not be going back to this establishment ever again!

Fortunately it only stunk up a nearby bag in the dryer, I pulled sock out and put it on a machine away from me. No big deal, just weird. A masked lady who worked there was always around. 2nd time fine. 3rd-4th times fine. Last week, I washed and dried all my sheets and blankets using several machines. I read, answered emails during that time. I unloaded the dryers and my most expensive blanket was gone. I looked around, everyone on their phones, masked lady can't be found. Even tho I'm a perfect tenant, I was pushed out of my home recently, I'd always paid the rent, respectful to everyone, an influx of illegals tripled our rent and everyone except illegals , their friends, and a few wealthy tenants got to stay. It was city-wide. I can't ever afford that specific blanket ever again, they may think they struck gold, but I can't help it, I don't respect thieves nor liars. They cheap and low. I refuse to have to sit and stare at my laundry while it's drying. I was very upset for rest of day that anyone would steal from poor people, that's entirely gross. I'm not going to insult animals by calling them animal names, and I'm not going to call them slimy. Of course I won't have anything to do with that slimy place again. Thousands of other laundromats not too different, but not there.
