On the evening of my visit around 8:30 PM, I was finishing my laundry shortly before the 10:00 PM closing time. I was the last customer inside and was in the process of removing my clothes from the dryer and gathering my belongings so I could leave. I had my 1-year-old grandchild and my 14-year-old daughter with me. As I was packing up my items and preparing to leave, the employee on duty told me I needed to leave immediately in a very nasty tone. I calmly explained that I was gathering my belongings and would be leaving momentarily. Instead of allowing me a reasonable amount of time to finish collecting my clothes, the employee called the police. Two officers arrived. One officer approached my 14-year-old daughter outside and asked for her name and ran it through his system. The other officer spoke with the employee inside the store. According to the officer, the employee called simply because she wanted me to leave the building. This situation was completely unnecessary and escalated what should have been a simple situation. I was already in the process of leaving. Having police called while I was peacefully gathering my belongings--especially with my children present--caused significant emotional distress and discomfort. During the interaction, the employee also continued speaking negatively about me until the officer asked her to stop talking, while he allowed me time to collect my things. This experience was extremely upsetting and felt discriminatory and unprofessional. No customer should have police called on them simply for finishing up and gathering their belongings at closing time, especially when children are present. I hope the owners of this location review their staff training and address how customers are treated so that no one else has to go through an experience like this.

I decided to go there since my brother mention to me that there is a young lady name " Alondra " who helps him fold his clothes , because he's handicap. We decided to go on Tuesday ,and when we did we were amazed as how clean the facility was.My brother was correct she just happened to be working that day. She showed my wife how the machines work. Mind me the last time we were in a laundry mat we were not impressed and dreaded it since the only ones we knew of were in OC , when we lived in the hood. She was very friendly and told us that they provide free detergent and that liquid to soften your clothes , and dryer sheets. Good thing is that we didn't have to worry about having change( quarters ) to wash and dry. They used a card system. wonderful i loved it. I'm very impressed at the facility the cleaningness it was and the friendliest as well . A plus is that its across the street for the police station. I wrongly thought that they had discolored a brand new clothing item and was very upset. I brought it back to A2Z and went to Lakeside to speak to the owner. I was very upset and Ms. Thui promised if she couldn't correct the problem, she would buy me another one. Well, she was so determined to make me happy, she personally drove to the store where I bought the item and called to let me know she purchased a new one and it was at the shop waiting to be picked up. When I showed up, Ms. Thui wasn't there, but when her employee presented me with the new item, it was clear that it was exactly the same color as the original one-- there had been no discoloration or fading whatsoever and she had still bought me a new one to make me a happy customer. I wouldn't take the new one because I was totally wrong but they still treated me with kindness and respect. I want everyone to know that not only do they do a great job at these two cleaners, they have top notch customer service and integrity. I've been exclusively using the wash and fold service and I couldn't be happier. The staff are incredibly friendly, extremely helpful, and hard-working. My laundry has always done on time or even before, correctly washed, and expertly folded. I think I may have lost 1 sock in the months I've been using the service. In contrast my wife was using a local pick up service and in less time has lost 2-3 garments, and not socks, I'm talking dresses and pants. She is now sending her garments with me to Tide. I don't use the self-serve laundry, but the machines look to be in good working order, there are a lot of machines in 3 different sizes based on the size of your load, and there always seem to be plenty of machines available whenever I am there. Also this location is ~30 mins from my home, and I pass another Tide location to get here, not to mention 1-2 local Laundromats in my neighborhood.
