I brought my white comforter here that had gotten a bit dingy, and they did a good job cleaning it. They were friendly and professional, and I appreciated that you could get your laundry back same day if you bring it in before 2 pm, which is a much better cutoff than the other places around here that require it to be brought in before 9 am! I also like that they price per lb instead of having flat rates - if your comforter is lightweight, you'll get a better price here than at other area dry cleaners! read more

I seriously have never experienced such amazing customer service before. This sounds a little over the top but we live in a high rise on the 18th floor with 2 jumbo bags of laundry. Feather laundry came to our door and brought them BACK to our door. I used ilaundry a lot before and we would have to beg them every time to do the same. Feather is less expensive and WAY more responsive. I undid my laundry and they even put all my underwear in a lingerie bag because I didn't have one! ( I didn't ask for this they just did it out of consideration). I'll never use another laundry service again. :) 10 stars if I could. read more

This service is fantastic! I just moved to an apt where there is no W/D connection (and I have my own washer and dryer) or laundry facility onsite.
