If this is a duplicate, blame the app on my iPhone I had a leather jacket cleaned that was soiled by years of grime and sweat The result was outstanding. The process took four weeks and is not cheap. If you have a leather garment that needs cleaning and it matters to you (I had mine for 20 plus years), you will get a good result here. Not many cleaners do leather. read more

My boyfriend Michael R brought designer bags here to get cleaned and I honestly would not recommend. We were never quoted a price, ended up paying over a thousand. (which fine, they're designer, I get it) but then it took FOUR months to get them back. Four. Every time we called, she would say she'd check on them and call us back... and never did. We always had to follow up ourselves. No updates unless we chased her down. The craziest part -- we were waiting on 3 specific bags and when I called, she said "we don't have any more of your bags." Excuse me?? Thank goodness I had photos from the day we dropped them off. Once I described them, suddenly it was "oh yes we have them, they're in processing." Processing for weeks. What does that even mean? No clear explanation, no transparency, just vague answers. For how expensive this was, the communication and turnaround time were beyond disappointing. Designer service price with zero luxury-level service. Definitely not worth the time, stress, or money. Chat gpt how to clean designer bags and save your money. read more

Never sent me a text when my dry cleaning was ready for pickup. Also took 5 days for them to complete 3 items of clothing. Associates in store were not very helpful. Will not be returning. Go elsewhere for dry cleaning needs. read more

I have them to clean my suede leather jacket. They assured that they have done it before many times and everything is going to be good. They completely ruined my jacket. When I picked it up it was literally wet, I don't know what kind of dry cleaning it is... but the jacket was literally wet, it wasn't dry! The jacket shrunk and has stretches and in some places looks like it's been under water for a long time, it has changed the colour, threads(stitches) became black in lots of places of the jacket, and finally it completely changes the structure of the leather ... leather became rough and not smooth and soft, it's rough and harsh right now. Do not take your leather good there , they completely don't know how to treat suede read more

Came in at 9:13AM on 9/7... the Hispanic lady behind the desk was rude. I asked her a question and she ignored me, then I asked her about pricing and pointed to a wine stain, and she just pointed at the price sheet. I'm a businessman in my 40s and generally very polite. I just moved to Dallas and when I left San Antonio, my old cleaners said would be a goldmine due to the frequent dry cleaning and alterations I always seem to be needing. If she wasn't so exceptionally unhelpful, I would have given them a shot as a live one block away. read more

My wife and I are preparing to celebrate our first anniversary as a married couple, as a surprise she took out her wedding dress and was going to put it on for me. To her dismay, she took it out of the clear wrapping for the first time since having it serviced at McKinney Avenue Cleaners she realized (in pictures shown) that her dress had been ruined. Prior to her taking it in, she had inquired about their abilities to work with a silk and satin blend, she was assured on the phone that it would not be a problem. Not only was it a problem but the stains from a night of dancing at the reception weren't even washed out. Words cannot even begin to express the heart break she felt. DO NOT trust these people with your clothes, truly a disappointment. Not only were we married in the midst of a pandemic, now one of her few keepsakes from that day completely destroyed. read more

I came here to get a zipper on some leather pants fixed and they did an amazing job getting my pants back within the week! I will be coming back to try their dry cleaning! read more

I dropped off a pair of pants for some sewing. There were two spots along the seams that were separating mildly. They owner I presume is super friendly and even pressed my pants. Only complaint of have it she said it would be ready Tuesday and was expecting a call or txt. Never received one so I called on Wednesday and the person who answered said let me call them for a status. Evidently, they outsource and tailoring which is fine. She said she would call me back with a status which he didn't timely. She said my pants would be ready Thursday which it was. This wasn't a big deal to me because I wasn't an urgent matter to me. However, if you're setting an expectation, probably be a good thing to meet that expectation. read more
