Nicest people in Dallas. Came recommended to us, now I'm recommending here. Took my daughter's wedding gown and veil to be cleaned and preserved. Cost was $730. The higher the price, the more cleaning involved. I think they said $750 was for a filthy gown so that should tell you something. She had 4 drinks spilled on her. They were married outside. She had to walk down a gravel muddy path. Then the reception was inside on old wooden floors. The bottom of her gown was almost black from all the dirt. Clearly those wooden floors had not been cleaned in a while. Gown was pristine after they hand cleaned it! And finished exactly when they promised. Highly recommend! read more

Exceptional work! The hem of my daughter's dress was very dirty after her outdoor wedding and they cleaned the dress making it look brand new. Done in a very timely manner. It's a little expensive but a great value for job well done. I recommend this place without any reservations what so ever. Friendly owners. read more

Finto brought my 30 year old wedding dress back to life. It hasn't been properly preserved after my wedding, but they were able to restore it almost back to its original condition! Anna is amazing, and I highly HIGHLY recommend them! read more

I received excellent care of the bride's gown and the grandmothers remodeled wedding gown from Finto. Both are cleaned and heirloom packaged. This is a family owned business with very professional and personal care. Highly recommend! read more

Highly recommend Finto Premium cleaners! I took bridal portraits a month before my wedding and ended up getting dirt and a grass stain on the bottom of my dress. Not only did they remove all the stains from my dress, it was pressed and wrinkle free for my wedding day. I was able to leave the store with a peace of mind knowing my dress would be in good hands. I also decided to bring it back after my wedding to get it preserved. Thank you to both Anna and David! read more

We couldn't be more pleased with the wedding gown cleaning and gown preservation for my new daughter-in-law's dress. I can't tell you how many cleaning companies I researched, did Google and Yelp reviews, and came upon Finto Premium Gown Cleaning (Corporate name is "Eagle Cleaners" so don't be confused. One in the same here.) Ana was incredibly helpful to explain all their processes; and in the end, I chose Finto to be the company that we would use based on their responsive customer service, personal IN-HOUSE Dallas cleaning/preservation process, and quick turnaround compared to all others we researched. David does all the work himself in-house, and he was so personable and happy to explain everything they did, I really felt like we chose the best company in the DFW Metroplex to have our gown done. They allowed me to come and look at the dress after it was cleaned before being preserved and boxed, let me give input as to how I wanted it to show in the "window" preservation box, and I appreciated that. I would highly recommend them, and I truly believe you will be happy with your outcome as well. read more

Wow! Excellent. Bridal cleaner and service. Took a veil in for cleaning and light brightening. The veil was mid- short length (reaches right above the butt). Cost $27 to clean. Great job!! Couldn't have asked for something better. My veil had makeup from rubbing against my face and others for hugs and pictures. I had it in a bag for over a month! And he still got it out. Amazing!! He's totally worth it. In a shopping complex across from DDs discount store. On the corner of Marsh and Walnut hill. read more

Avoid at all costs for wedding dress cleaning. The yelp reviews are completely misleading (there are all from years ago). It is super run down and absolutely terrible service. read more

We finally found my mom's wedding dress! The dress is over 100 years old and I wanted to make sure I found someone that loves it as much as I do. David and Anna at Finto's are fabulous! Once I picked it up from them, it looked brand new. I can't wait to show it to my daughter, the bride. Her grandmother was a very special person in her life and she is going to be over the moon! THANK YOU, David and Anna. You can expect an invitation to the festivities! read more

I cannot recommend Finto bridal cleaners enough. My wedding dress that I spent a fortune on from Badgley Mischka was absolutely trashed... the bottom was black from dirt & debris that was collected over the wedding day. I was devastated the following day, thinking it was irreparable. However.... David Finto is a magic worker!! He took every speck of dirt off & neatly preserved it for 100+ years to come. I am so pleased & overjoyed with the results. Hopefully my daughter will want to rewear it one day & he made that possible. Thanks for everything! read more

After weeks of searching for a gown cleaning place to take my very worn wedding gown and veil I came across this gem. David the co owner, personally cleans the gown and ensures that it looks amazing when you receive it. He was up front about the prices, I didn't have to set up an appointment beforehand or schedule a pick up like so many gown cleaners require. I was offered many different options and price ranges that would best suit me and it took about 2 weeks after drop off for my gown to be ready. It looks amazing and the customer service I received is unmatched. Thanks so much! read more

Thank you FINTO!!!!! I bought a used wedding dress on stillwhite.com (how ironic!) and it was shipped from abroad completely unwashed and in the grossest condition. MAJOR NIGHTMARE! Mr. Fintó and his lovely assistant were so gracious and clearly experienced so I knew if the stains didn't come out, it would be because they physically couldn't due to salt water damage. Well it's a wedding miracle because they got the stains out and Mari altered the skirt in record speed! A MAJOR THANK YOU, I couldn't recommend anyone more trustworthy with your wedding dress!! read more

Awesome cleaners. I called Finto Bridal because another cleaners told me they couldn't insure the beading wouldn't come off my 4K dress while cleaning it. Not only did clean and preserve my dress, no beading was lost in the process. Awesome work, awesome people and I'm a satisfied customer. read more

They got out a difficult grease spot that has been left to set for a couple of months. The dress was lace trimmed and if cane back perfect.

First just want to say how nice and professional David is. I picked up my wedding dress today to get cleaned and it looks amazing. I bought my wedding dress half off the originally price because it was the sample dress, so it was worn and pretty dirty. I was referred to David to get cleaned by Annette at Best fit alterations and am so thankful she did. I highly recommend both!! read more

Very happy I chose Finto for my wedding dress cleaning and preservation. My wedding dress & veil cost $300 (cleaning and preservation) and reception dress $30 (cleaning only) before tax. Very reasonable price! You'll need to take your dress in for them to give you an accurate quote. David and Anna are experienced, very kind and professional, and efficient! Highly recommend this business, now called Eagle Cleaners, for bridal gown cleaning and preservation! My daughter's very stained gown looks like new and is now boxed and protected for her own daughter one day. Excellent customer service and personal attention! I asked to see the gown before it was boxed to make sure it was clean. David, the owner, called me personally to let me know it was ready to be inspected and when I didn't call back or show up he called me again the following week. Hard to find good people who really care about their craft anymore. Take your gown to David! He's got 30 years of experience! read more

Finto is awesome!! I, too, ultimately decided to give them a shot based on prior yelp reviews. David and Anna truly are the best! I took my wedding dress in for cleaning before the wedding and after I dropped it off for an unexpected preservation (airline disaster). I also had a bridesmaid's dress that needed cleaned. Excellent customer service experience. Very caring! Fair pricing without any haggling. Highly recommend. read more

Y'all! David is the most kind person I have ever met! I highly highly recommend Finto's cleaners. I dropped off my wedding dress and then David's shop was in the main path of the horrible Dallas tornadoes. Luckily they were spared from most of the damage compared to others but David was so sweet throughout all of it. I was panicked about my dress and felt silly about that considering what had happened but he was so understanding. You can't beat the customer service here. I will go out of my way to go use Finto's. And recommend them to anyone. My dress looks pristine for my wedding in two weeks! Thank you David and team! read more

The owner David went out of his way to ensure I had a great experience having my wedding dress cleaned and stored, he was so responsive and kind. No judgement that I had waited 6 years and it looked wonderful when it was done! Highly recommend!! read more

Dave saved my wedding dress!! I was trying on my wedding dress and my friend's dog had an accident on the train of the dress (I wish I was kidding). I immediately went to a dry cleaner close by and they said they weren't able to get it cleaned because the dog's urine soaked through both layers of the dress. I desperately called a few places and it was quite iffy whether I wanted to take it to their dry cleaner. Bridal Boutique referred me to go to Finto Bridal Cleaners and My fiancé called Dave and told him my story. He was so kind!! He waited past closing time so we can drive there from Fort Worth! What a relief! He had it cleaned the next day and it looks as if nothing had happened. Thank you for your generosity, David! read more

I had a beach wedding and I needed my dress cleaned from all the sand and dirt. I found this place through Yelp and it had good reviews. I brought my dress in and it was ready in a couple weeks. (I was not in a rush to get my cleaned/preserved dress back.) It is packaged beautifully and they did a great job. The box is high-quality and easy to store. I would definitely recommend their work to anyone that wants their dress preserved. Best pricing I could find as well. read more

Wow! What a breath of fresh air! Not only is David a professional but the kindest man too. I would give this company 10 stars if I could! read more

I looked around a lot before I committed to a business to take my wedding dress in for cleaning, and I'm glad that I took the time. I also called before I took the dress in to get an estimate and, David, the owner, answered the phone and was very friendly to speak with on the phone and in person. I let him know that I would not be keeping the dress so I just needed it to be cleaned so that I can pass it on however I see fit and he gave me a $150 estimate, which they stuck to. I received a phone call about a week and a half later to let me know that the dress was ready for pick-up and they even put the cleaned dress into a fabric garment bag instead of returning it in the plastic cover that it was wrapped in before. Overall, I had a great experience utilizing David's company and I would gladly recommend them again. read more

I had my wedding dress cleaned and restored here and received great customer service. It was a little cheaper here (around $300) compared to the other recommended bridal cleaners in Dallas. My dress was ready before the date the gave me, and the owner gave me a call himself. He also sent pictures for me (before it was preserved and put into the box). Great service! I was pleased and would recommend! read more

I was very happy with the job David did on my daughter's wedding dress. She had an outdoor ceremony, so the hem was dirty and had bits of grass and leaves. In addition, someone spilled wine on the bottom part of the dress. I knew he would take good care of the delicate fabric as soon as he started to tell me how he could repair some minor damage and clean the dress. I loved the personal service and attention to detail. And it was ready when he said it would be! I could not have been happier! read more

We have used several dry cleaners in the area and have had so many quality issues. Unexplained stains, missing buttons, etc. I came to Finto / Eagle originally to have my wedding dress preserved because there were so many wonderful online (not just yelp). I am SO glad I did that, because my dress and veil have been preserved beautifully and now we have our local favorite dry cleaners. :) David and his team do an amazing job, are so detail oriented, and David always wants his guests to feel like friends. Each time I come he remembers my name, asks about my husband, and helps me get our (copious amount of) clothing out to my car. Recently I even brought an old coat to him that needed some TLC and I got that back today looking brand new. This dry cleaners really is the best and I would recommend it to anyone in Dallas. Even if you're not in this neighborhood, it's worth the drive. I promise! read more

I chose this cleaner based on the reviews that I read here. The reviews here were not in keeping with my experience. I called and was quoted about $165.00. Mr. Finto was very friendly and accommodating. I dropped off a borrowed dress with some stains and based on the reviews here, I was expecting miracles. I needed the dress in a week and was told no problem. Upon picking up the dress and paying a hefty price of $200.00, there was a stain right in the middle of the bodice that was very evident. Upon further review, there were very yellow pit stains as well. I was told after the fact, that those would not come out. My question is, then why did you go ahead with the work if you could not get the stains out and charge me more than the stated quote, instead of phoning me to give me the option to not move forward with the dress. I felt taken advantage of and on my tight budget, $200.00 hurts, especially since I won't be wearing the dress. A $25.00 discount was a nice gesture, however, it does not soften the blow of wasting $175.00. I can appreciate the time that was put into trying to clean the dress, however, both of us could have saved time and money with a bit of communication. I cannot give a good review or referrals based on my experience. read more
