I called the next morning prepared to grovel, but Pamela just laughed and said, "I see them and I'm going to run them again so they aren't crunchy." Crunchy. She said that with love. And then she FOLDED THEM. Folded. Them. For. Me. Ma'am... what kind of customer service sorcery is this? When I first walked in and asked how her day was going, she said "Great! I never have a bad day." After meeting her, I fully believe this. She radiates the type of joy you can feel from across the room.
