They told me to pick up on wednesday which I just did ...so I have no qualms with the turnaround time. The quality and presentation definitely needs work though. For starters, they put the vest and pants each in their own plastic hanging bag, but put the 2 shirts in the same one. So after hanging for who-knows-how-long smooshed together, the white tuxedo shirt has a ton of tiny black lint and fibers all over it. And the black shirt has a ton of general lint and hairs all over it. I should mention that both these shirts were brand-new, never yet worn prior to dropping them off...and now I'm noticing yellowish stains on the white shirt along the buttonhole panel. What's the point in having things dry cleaned if you then have to spot-treat stains and spend 10 minutes with a lint roller for each item?? Oh also in addition to my 4 items, they gave me 3 white dress shirts that belong to a James Dean. I'm very sorry Mr. Dean, if I weren't already running late getting ready for my chorale performance this evening downtown I'd take your shirts back right away. But since I've now had to spend an extra 30 minutes trying to remove stains and assorted lint/hair from the tuxedo I need to be singing in, I just don't have time. I promise I'll take them tomorrow tho. And I probably won't be using this dry cleaner again.

I dropped off one coat and two long-sleeve collared shirts and assumed the pricing would be in line with other dry cleaners. That assumption was a mistake. The total came out to $72. Seriously. I'm fully expecting the response to be that there was a "stain" on the coat. For context, it was a tiny, dried ketchup spot on the back -- nothing major or heavily soiled. If you value upfront pricing and not being surprised at pickup, I'd recommend taking your business somewhere else.

The day before, I brought in two white lab coats and a t-shirt. I told him I needed the t-shirt dry cleaned but just needed the lab coats pressed. He said no problem and they would be ready on Monday. I asked if the was any way he could have them sooner and he replied "Yes I can rush them for you, no problem." Great, I thought I really appreciate your response to my urgency. I go to pick them up the next day and the bill was $35. I asked why it was so high and he responded that (1) just pressing is the same price as dry cleaning and pressing and (2) I asked for a rush so there was a "same day" charge. I asked him why he didn't make me aware that the price was the same whether I had it cleaned or not, and he pointed to a complicated pricing matrix laminated on the counter and told me I should have read the prices. Of course I would have had them cleaned as well if I was paying the same price! Secondly, he said I asked for rush service and there was an extra charge for that (which is reasonable), however, HE DIDN'T TELL ME THAT! I believe he purposely responded to and phrased his response to my question to make me think he was extending me a favor. Never once did he mention there was an extra fee for the favor he offered. I could have asked for detailed pricing line by line before I left, sure. But I figured one dry clean and 2 irons, even if they weren't a cheap shop, it would be fine. He was belligerent and defensive and not once did he say "I'm sorry for the confusion, I should have been forthcoming with the pricing when you dropped off." I wasn't even looking for a discount, rather an acknowledgment that the way he's doing business is not forthright and definitely not a recipe for creating loyal customers. A simple "I'm sorry, you're right, I didn't mention that to you, can I give you a free rush service on your next order?" Remorse doesn't cost a thing and it fixes a lot. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this business. There are a ton of other stores in the area within a mile of this place.

It's easy to get to their store from Northwest Highway and plenty of parking. They require masks and the staff wear masks.
