I called and explained they had stains on them and the lady said "well bring them back and we will fix them" I dropped them off last Friday and they said it will be Wednesday before they are ready. When I went to pick them up on Wednesday the lady informs me they were only able to get stains out of two pieces but not my tennis skirt. I explained I would need to be reimbursed. She said I would need to come back the next morning and speak to the manager. When I arrived the next morning to speak with the manager she stated I did not notify them of the stains and I informed her because there were no stains. She said well the stain is on the back like you sat on something and didn't realize it. I then informed her the stain was on the front not the back so she didn't even know what she was talking about. She said they would not be paying for the skirt because when they dry clean it can pull the stain out....this is not a thick material. I have asked for a call from the owner and was never called
