I recently dropped off 7 items to be dry cleaned. These items had been worn 1 time and had no stains. The lady never looked at the items and put them in the back. when I picked up my order ALL of my colored clothes came back with stains. I called and explained they had stains on them and the lady said "well bring them back and we will fix them" I dropped them off last Friday and they said it will be Wednesday before they are ready. When I went to pick them up on Wednesday the lady informs me they were only able to get stains out of two pieces but not my tennis skirt. I explained I would need to be reimbursed. She said I would need to come back the next morning and speak to the manager. When I arrived the next morning to speak with the manager she stated I did not notify them of the stains and I informed her because there were no stains. She said well the stain is on the back like you sat on something and didn't realize it. I then informed her the stain was on the front not the back so she didn't even know what she was talking about. She said they would not be paying for the skirt because when they dry clean it can pull the stain out....this is not a thick material. Extremely poor customer service and quite $$$. Prices seem to be different each time so I asked the lady for a price list and she replied "we don't do price lists, it's on the ticket. " Hmmm ok. I then asked about the 'EVO' charge on every ticket. Her reply was "its been on there forever. I don't know." If you're paying a price, then I expect premium customer service. Had been using them for a while and everything was fine. THEN, one time when I picked up my clothes they had a terrible sour/musty smell. I took them back, they were cleaned again at no charge. Still had a smell at pickup. They took them back, again, and they were cleaned a second time at no charge. When I picked them up for a third time, they still had a faint odor but it was much better. Staff at Comet reassured me that there was an issue with their soap/machine/something that had caused the smell and that they have found the issue and resolved it. Recently took my clothes again, they have the same strong gross smell again. Won't be using them again. read more

The past owners closed the doors due to tax evasion apparently. Now I'd say they've done well for themselves. Friendly mom and pop shop style. Truck it out and then truck it back in. Since new ownership none of the previous problems we were having have happened. Fair and friendly. Half priced dry leaning Wednesday's. If you haven't been here in a year, give them another try. Do not go here. I repeat do not go here. They will lose your clothes and then not return your phone calls. When you try to go in to discuss they tell you the manager will have to get back with you which of course never happens. Also got back a pair of pants which smelled like throw up in the area between the legs. They have big advertisements to save money on certain days with dry cleaning but they really want you to launder everything instead which of course is not discounted. Pretty expensive read more

Reopened with new owner, no improvement. I waited a few months to give the new management time to settle in. Apparently, settling in takes longer than I thought. I wanted shirts laundered with medium starch. I got dry clean, no starch. Also, not ready when promised. Had to make a 2nd trip. Complete fail. read more

Took a shirt to be dry cleaned. Was told to come back the next day after 6. Came back at 7:30 the next day and was told it was not ready yet. Asked if I could get the weds discount since I wasted my time driving all the way out there and the lady said I couldn't get a discount just because it wasn't ready on time. I don't know what kind of business they are running where they don't honor or care about when they tell customers their clothes will be finished. read more

If you need a dry cleaner don't go to this one! We brought our comforter in and they told us it would be ready in a week, each time we called to check on it they continued to add another week to it. They told us they would let us know when it was ready, this week we called them everyday and our phone calls were never answered, I finally decided to go up there after almost a month and they told me my comforter had been ready 3 WEEKS AGO!! And yet no one bothered to give us a call. Worst dry cleaner ever! read more

Very Expensive. Will not be back. Dropped off two suits to get cleaned. Didn't wear the suit until about a month later. Went to put on the pants and realized that they ripped off the clasp behind the button by the zipper and took about an inch of material with it. No, no, no. Not only did they damage the suit jacket we dropped off, it wasn't ready at 6:30 (pick up at 6). I had to wait until 7 for it to arrive. When I expressed my concern for it not being ready (we had a wedding the next day), the lady said cheerfully, "we open at 8 am tomorrow." I then clarified: the wedding is tomorrow in another city so we're leaving before 8 am. I mentioned the existing yelp reviews that describe late clothes being a common occurance, and she dismissed them saying this doesn't happen to the new owners. Welllll it's happening now. read more

TERRIBLE!!!! I was only in town for a few days and needed my flat front dress pants dry cleaned. I specifically told Tori, the girl at the front, NO CREASE in these pants. They never had a crease and are flat front for a reason. I've had pants cleaned at other cleaners in Texas and I know that for some reason Texas cleaners are notorious for creasing every pair of pants that come through the door. It's a surprise they don't try creasing jeans. So, I pick up my pants on the way to the airport and I put them on. Guess What? Yep, creases in both legs the size of Texas. I called Tori and told her the situation. She said she'll make a note on my account. WHAT??!!? I asked her if she remembered me telling her no crease when I brought them in. She said she remembered. Then she had no answer to why she didn't make the "note" on my account at that time. UNBELIEVABLE!!!! I'm going to call and talk to the manager, Tafique, who apparently only comes in for one mysterious hour on Wednesdays. I called my trusty cleaners in California while sitting at the airport. They said they'll have to dry clean my pants again to attempt to fix the crease, but it may be faintly noticeable still. I'm so Upset. Texas cleaners need to look at the clothing before they clean it. Why add a crease that was never there in the first place???
