Ignore the $15 to have two shirts clean and laundered -two shirts! Holy smokes that is expensive. 2nd time in a row I requested that they be folded and boxed and when I went to pick them up they were on hangars. Clearly says in bold letters at the top of the receipt FOLD/Box! I asked the woman who brought them out to the car to Fold them and she said she can't. Only went here last two times because Hidden Lakes went out of business but have to find a new cleaner quickly! read more

Very unprofessional!! I just arrived 30 minutes before closing to pick up my clothes. The drive thru was closed so I pulled around to the front and walked up to the door and saw two ladies behind the counter working. They would not open the door or even give an explanation for the early closing. They just looked at me and continued talking to one another. I guess I will have to figure out something else to wear on my trip tomorrow and find another cleaners. read more

New employee every time I drop off clothes, not a good sign. We have been using this cleaners for a long time, but will be finding a new cleaners now. They ruined one of my husbands nice work pants with bleach stains. When we confronted them about it the owner not only had the same exact stains on his pants, but they refused to take responsibility for the damage. read more

I have been using this cleaners for a while and I finally have given up. The turnover by management and employees is continuous and causes disruption to their customer service. The straw that broke the camel's back was when I dropped off my husband's pants this morning to be picked up the same evening because he is leaving on a work trip the next morning. The girl this morning was apparently new and didn't know what to do so my pants sat there all day and never got cleaned. I made them call the owner and his response was "I'll try" to have them done early tomorrow morning so we could grab them on the way to the airport....ummmm, no thanks. As good as small business gets. Despite their business hours being 7am to 7pm, I have been able to drop off or pick up even as early as 6:20am. It comes in handy when I need to start my day early, or need to go catch a flight or something. High school kids working in the evening can get confused from time to time, but they are just kids, and I have to be patient with them. After all, I was once a kid too. Overall, I'm very happy with my experience with them, and despite certain items costing a bit more, I'm willing to pay a bit more for finer finish on my dry cleanings. read more

Best experience I've ever had with a dry cleaners in Keller. 1) Open early & late, 2) FAST - has the Same Day Service , 3) KIND owner/employee, 4) High Quality dry cleaning and attention to detail 5) FREE Pick-up and Delivery service! The owner has apparently operated this business for over 10 years. He is incredibly kind. I dropped off clothes at 8am and they were ready by 5:00pm the same day, and when I dropped off clothes after 6pm and they were ready by 5pm the next day. How AWESOME is that!!! read more

I decided to try Custom Cleaners after finding a 40% off coupon on the Custom Cleaners web site. I dropped off my order this morning, showed them the coupon, and they took it with my order. When I came to pick up my order and pay, I was informed that they would not honor the coupon they had accepted in the morning, despite the fact that the terms of the coupon clearly applied to my order. Their explanation was that they don't give 40% off, so the coupon must be for a store down the street that also happens to be called Custom Cleaners. Strangely, no one mentioned that when I gave then the coupon this morning. The girl working the desk called the manager and explained the whole situation, but he/she simply said that they do not give anyone 40% off. No apologies. This place may have swindled me out of a few dollars today, but they lost my business for good. read more

My daughter dropped off a bridesmaid dress to be cleaned before a wedding that she is in on Friday. She dropped it off On Saturday and was told it would be ready Monday afternoon. She went in to pick it up today (on Tues) and they told her to come back in 3 hours. It wasn't ready. When she did they told her they lost the dress and the employee gave it to another customer. Juoan the manager told her they would reimburse her for the dress and did she have a receipt. She told him she paid the brides mother cash for the dress since the mother bought them. She told the manager she did have the tag for the dress and he said, ok bring it in. When I went in with my daughter he called the owner, Su. Needless to say, they backpeddled on paying for the dress. I called the Keller Police and they came to be a witness to this dilemma. They told us we can buy another dress and they would pay for the new one. Just to be clear. We bought one online this evening and we now have to wait for the dress. My daughter told the bride what happened and she was devastated. We also weren't able to get the same dress. When we go back in with a receipt we will have to see what happens. After muliple emails and face to face communications with the owner, we have decided to take our business elsewhere. The shirts have always looked great, and the staff has always been friendly. We are leaving because the pricing is NEVER consistent. We have had to scrutinize our bill each time, which has always ended up with a credit on our account. read more

I just moved to Keller and tried this cleaners first. I won't go back. They charged a fortune for a bed skirt. I asked them how much for a bedspread and they said it would be the same amount. Not the same!! The bed skirt is about 1/8 the amount of fabric. It doesn't even have the top that goes between box spring and mattress. Also it wasn't priced when I came to pick up and had to wait while the manager priced it. Leave your clothes at your own risk. read more
