Ok I needed to clean some blankets and covers. Now Yelp you wrong because the hours say 7am to 7pm. I arrived at 7:45am and the young lady operating the laundromat stated the new time is 8am to 8pm the correct hours show on Goggle. Overall, the location is clean and has multiple washers and dryers. I started at 7:50 and was done at 8:50. A bonus this location is walking distance to Starbucks and 7Mile Cafe. read more

Washers worked fine. However you have to pay to use the dryers AT LEAST 3 times before your clothes are somewhat dry. After dropping $30 to do laundry, I'm leaving still having to dry all of my clothes. Also, half of the washers and dryers are out of service. The largest commercial dryer on the left, does not get hot and will not dry your clothes. Other's were using the other large commercial dryer for one single blanket and had paid to restart the cycle 5 times just in the hour I was there. If the dryer doesn't dry, it doesn't work PERIOD! read more

A large number of the machines are out of order. I have used the laundromat before and purchased a card previously and when I went to reload it it would not accept it. I spoke with the woman at the desk and she explained that they had a storm and the old cards would not work. She replaced the card at no charge but when I asked about the money that was on the old card she replied -we all lost money!! I thought that was a poor answer!! read more

Half of the washing machines are out of order, and half of the remaining machines utilize cold water only! Our washer broke about a month ago and we are still waiting for the warranty company to get it fixed or replaced. In the meantime, clothes are washed and dried at the B&B Laundromat. The staff is friendly and helpful, so I left it 3 stars. I took off 1 star for the numerous dryers that are broken (over 1/2 of them) and also because the ATM is almost always broken. (SO BRING CASH). You have to purchase a refundable laundry card here for a dollar and then load money onto the card to use in the washing machines and the dryers. I removed a second star because of how hot it is in here and also because it is a bit pricy to use the large washers. In any case, if they get the other dryers and ATM repaired, I would up my rating to 4 stars. Not a bad place, and again convenient and friendly staff. read more

Place is terrible you have to buy a card to use their machines & when I asked how to do it. The lady just stood there. So then I put my money in the machine & it took my entire $20 & then most the machines don't even take the cards they give you. I had another gentleman come & show me how to get the machines started. Also once you get the dryer started it only works for about 7-8 mins so it doesn't even dry your stuff the whole way. This situation is crazy. I'll never go hear again & I pray people read this & none of you go here for this terrible experience. Would rate Negative stars if possible. read more

while conviniet and not too expensive, i feel obligated to bring to the attention of the customer and the owner, their neglect for maintaining proper Machine Maintenance and Pricing. they are blatantly deceiving customers on some of the dryers by failing to notify customers that some of the dryers are miss priced. I consider this fraud, theft, and a Flagrant Violation of Business Ethics. You can only use a prepaid Card for the Machines. The Signage and machine says 25 Cents yet it charges you 75 cents. so in theory they are stealing an extra 50cents because they failed to notify you of the "malfunction ". further more when I brought this to the attention of the staff. they said they know it doesn't price correctly and that they have been like that for a while yet took no measures to notify customers. they are failing to honor the displayed pricing and don't seem to care about correcting the issue anytime soon. read more

What a sham! First, yes, the machines work and the place is clean. BUT, the payment system is whack! You must purchase a card for $1 to then load it with funds that you use in the machines. Ok. Easy enough. But....After you are done, the attendant will not buy back the card nor refund any money on the card that's unused. It's robbery. I asked for my funds to be returned. She said she can't do that and she's not supposed to buyback the cards. What a crock of crap. Not everyone is local and the owners should have an easy way to restore customers funds. Though I lost a quarter in the deal, it's the principle of institutional theft that I'd rate at 0 stars if possible. read more

I saw another review complaining about the staff, but they were very helpful in my case. The card to put the money on cost $1, but the attendant said she had one that someone returned, so I saved a buck there and she told me how much it would probably cost to wash and dry the huge comforter I needed to wash. They have 1 60 lbs., about 4 40 lbs. and several top loader washers, along with the large and extra large dryers. The sign says there is Wi-Fi there, but I didn't try to connect, so I don't know what system it is. I used the 60 lbs. washer, which is $6 and 32 minutes in one of the extra large dryers, which was $2 (50 cents per 8 minutes). 75 cents for a box of detergent from the machine. No ATM there, but there's a bank across the street. There is a change machine on premises, loading money on the card - that machine will take 1s, 5s and 10s. Not sure if there is bike parking, but there is a harley shop next door. Back today - tried the wifi and it is real wifi, not one of those ones that you have to log into via a browser window. Don't do it! The old blonde lady goes around making passive aggressive comments and yells at patrons. Our dryer stopped and immediately she yelled at us to get our stuff. There was barely anyone there. Us and maybe three other people. Then we were standing in front of our one remaining dryer with 2:00 minutes left on it. It was a king size comforter and a much smaller throw. She barked at us and asked if it was ours. We said yes. She then said it will never dry like that. Thinking she was trying to be helpful, I asked what she'd recommend and she responded "It shouldn't even be in there". I was shocked. She continued and said "it should be in the larger machine." As this was my first time, I asked where the larger dryers were as I didn't realize there were larger ones. She looked at me and scoffed and rolled her eyes and didn't respond. We immediately took our items with several minutes left on the dryer and left the premises. There are better options out there and i can take a lot of abuse, but this isn't it. read more

Three quarters of the single load washers don't work and a few of the multi-load washers don't work either. But there's something about the place that I just like, maybe the staff, their nice and will talk to the customers if their not busy. Very much racist. 2/15/23 at 7:30p. The lady that was working turn my daughter away because she didn't have a card. So I sent my daughter back in there to pay for a card to wash clothes. The lady turn my daughter away again saying that they don't have no cards... I then went in there and the lady didn't see me come in. The lady then told two Caucasian females come on I will get you a card. I then follow them so I could talk to the lady that was working to see what was going on. The lady then fight to open the card machine and got two card from the other females. When the lady was about to close the machine. I then said excuse me how can you turn my daughter away " which is a teen African American" but the you gave to these other ladies. The staff states she didn't know where the cards was. I then said no ma'am you turn my child away twice and didn't even try to help her, but you help these other ladies. The staff then a shrugged her shoulders and said well I couldn't find the card but the machine is working now and walked off. I had customers coming to me and asking do I need to use their cards or do I need help. I been here for a month and had a card but lost it. I haven't had no problems until now. But when you can treat a child like that. ANY CHILD no matter the color YOU as a person has a Problem!!! I will use the rest of my money of this card and I WONT be back. This was my first time using this laundry mat due to my dryer breaking down. This is the best location in a great safe area, I was glad I found it. HOWEVER WOOOOO THE attendant is the absolute worst. God forbid you need help or have a question. I mentioned I needed to go find cash and drove around the city trying to find an ATM only to later find one insideeeee in a corner by the bathrooms and she couldn't tell me that. I asked for a key for the restroom the sign says "please ask attendee for key" and she points and says but did you check if it was unlocked? I said actually no mam I'm just going by the sign that says ask for help for a key. she rolls her eyes. Another young couple walks in trying to figure out how to use the machines as did I and they said the lady was extr rude And didn't want to help them So another man in there showed them how to do it all and said she also was rude to him. In total 4 families in there we all were chatting how mean she was so very unwelcoming . someone asked for change and she said do you not read signs we don't do that. Only used the dryers, they worked. High will dry a load of blankets in about 12 minutes and scorch anything else. This laundromat only uses a laundry card to use machines. The machine to get the card only uses paper money. No quarters, no debit cards. Come prepared. read more

Cal-King Bed + New Super-plush Mattress Cover = No-Go for my Washer (canyon capacity tho it claims to be!). I kept stuffing my old cover in the washer and it never really got as clean as I would like, so after I bought a new cover I figured I'd head to a laundromat every so often to wash it. Since I didn't remember seeing a laundromat anywhere since I moved here I did some research via my city's web site: http://www.keepitinkeller.com/ and found B&B. It's in Old Town Keller just half a block west of 377 and just south of Keller Pkwy (or whatever that stretch of 1709 is called). I go once a month or so mid-week and in the morning and the place is spotless and wonderfully crowd-free (reasonably sure it's different nights and weekends). The attendant is almost always wiping the equipment and there's no dust or laundry product on anything. There are lots of different sized washers, but only one of the super-sized (60 lb capacity maybe??), which is the one I like. It may be overkill for one mattress cover (super-plush tho it may be), but the thing comes out clean. One thing they have that I hadn't seen at a laundromat before is the card system for paying - you load $ onto a card and use that instead of feeding coins into the washer and dryer. Maybe that's standard now, but it was new to me. I like it. Just save the card in case you don't use all the $ you loaded onto it. You can use it next time and add more $ to it. How hi-tech is that ;-) The only thing I don't like is that all the seating is on the east side of the building so in the morning you're sitting in direct sunlight (and that means sunburn on my poor fair neck). The Laundromat is the WORST I've ever experienced. Dirty facility, rude staff and the best part-- a TOTAL RIP OFF! You have to PURCHASE a card then put money on it, then no refunds given. There's a much cleaner, less expensive facility south on 377 in Watauga which is DEFINITELY WORTH THE DRIVE. Next time I have to wash something that doesn't fit in my washer, I will NOT visit this dump. read more

My washer and dryer are broken so I decided to try this laundromat out. You do need to have cash, as they don't accept cards. You also need to purchase a loader card for a $1. The prices were reasonable as well. It's not the newest laundromat but it is kept clean and the attendant is very nice and helpful. If you have animals and have their fur on your clothes don't bother coming here as they have signs up saying you can't wash your clothes with pet hair. I came on a Sunday morning (9:30) and the place was pretty empty. read more

Not sure if they're running a scam or just plain incompetent but every time I've had to come here (usually when my washer's on the blink) over half of the top loading washers are broken. Today it's 7 out of 11. Taped down with mailing tape. So instead of the dollar or so a load you're having to fork out $3.50 for a bigger machine. And it's been all summer since my machine went out. Just noticed the staff here doing laundry in the few machines that are working. No wonder there aren't any machines available. Ridiculous. When I asked the attendant about it she totally ignored me and started a personal conversation with someone on her blue tooth. Emptying the rest of my money on my card and going to go to the Watauga one which has excellent reviews from here on out. read more

My washer has been down for over a month. I have had to use this laundromat more than 4 times. You have to use a card system to pay for the machines.You load cash on a card. Don't put more on the card than you really need to spend as you can't get a refund. They have several different size washers to choose from. I like this option. I throw in 6 loads of laundry and then walk across the parking lot to Starbucks. Before you know it your clothes are done. I have not used the dryers as I take my clothes home to dry. This laundromat is not new but is clean and neat. There is someone there to answer questions etc... Don't bring horse blankets or other items with hair as there are signs everywhere not to put those in the machines. As crazy as it sounds I love doing 6 loads of laundry at once.
