Very reasonable rates and great service. Crystal did my shirts to perfection and top of that, she found loose cash in one of my pockets that I forgot about and applied it to my balance. I am super happy with her alterations I took a Tom Ford suit there for tailoring and asked her could she repair the pants with 2 inch cuffs and readjust the jacket.. Awesome tailoring and cleaners! The owner ( lady) is so sweet and honest! I took several pieces for alterations and there was this one piece that it was too costly due to many alterations that had to be made because the dress did not fit at all, she told me to return the dress instead. She could have continued and done the alterations and charge me but she said it wasn't worth it! I loved that honesty.I ended up leaving several pieces and loved the results ! Mrs.Crystal gets it done right, I came in a rush asking her if she could alter my dress by tmrrw, not only did she alter it she steamed it for free and was sweet enough to give me a $10 discount. You can tell she's genuinely sweet and knows what she's doing. Her level of expertise really shows because my dress needed a lot of work. I ended up paying her full price because I felt really bad having to rush her lol even then she was still trying to give me the discount. It really shows the type of person she is. I brought in several shirts to tailor (thanks to Yelpers!), she took the time to fit me for each shirt, and she also was able to match the manufacturers stitching so the clothing didn't look altered. She fixed a shirt with a ripped sleeve that I almost there away. She also invited me to bring them back if something ended up fitting funny, but nothing did! 100% recommend, she knows what she's doing. read more

I went here because I needed my Prom dress altered, I got it in the smallest size at the store and it was still wayyyyyy too big and baggy! Definitely recommending my buddies to come here once the NFR is in town this December. I've taken my work uniform to Crystals cleaners and alterations twice now and she remembers my name and that I was a flight attendant! I had some slacks that were very wide and Baggy, i tried them on and she knew exactly what the issue was and how to fix it. I found this place through yelp. I was near the neighborhood and I decided to give this place a try. Crystal is so sweet and had my dress altered in 3 days!!! She had it done correctly on the first try. The dress fit perfectly on me. I would come back and go to her for any alterations needed. She is reasonably priced. I apologize because I'm uncertain of her name, but she is Da Real MVP! I've actually been coming here for a few years now and have never been disappointed! I recently needed a couple things done, and this spot is no longer close to me, so I decided to go into a couple places closer to home. All I got was bad customer service and outrageous prices at the other spots! One place even discouraged me from doing it all together. Absolutely the best alteration shop I've experienced! I've gotten 5 pants including jeans altered as well as 5 blazers. The pants fit great and isn't too tight but has has the slim fit look!! This is THE place for everything from alterations, cleaning, and repair of clothing to if you can believe this- Dog bed covers! That's right! I had removed the covers off my giant dog beds and had washed and dried them at my neighborhood laundry mat. I set the dryer way too high and it ruined the covers. So I bought about 8 yards of outdoor patio furniture material and kind of embarrassedly asked Crystal if she could reproduce the dog covers. Course, we double measured the beds and provided the 36" zippers. To my amazement she said "Sure! Why not! Let me try!" OMG! They came out beautifully! She even had some left over scraps which she saved. Said it was a bit of a challenge but came through with awesome results! She has done some great alterations and even fixed one of my raincoats for me. Double plus to all this is the fact that she is so kind and at the same time very professional and courteous and has a great sense of humor. I highly recommend they're work. Amazing! read more

Took a few things here to be dry cleaned. The lady that helped me was very nice. I think they may a bit pricey, but to be fair it's been over a year since I had anything dry cleaned. The area is a bit hard to get in and out of but there's designated parking for the shop which is great. read more

Crystal was very nice, and my alterations came out even nicer. I tried on the pants, and she noticed the fit was a little off. She made the alteration, and I was good to go!
