Their work is great and made my idea come to life just how I imagined. Work was done on time and communication was great.

We dropped off my sons letter jacket and we were told it would take 10 days to get done. It took 3 weeks, then when my husband got there they fought him that he paid at all, which he did when he dropped it off. We got the letter jacket home and realized they sewed a patch on UPSIDE DOWN. This is inexcusable and we won't take it back to them to fix it after the poor customer service in the first ok ** calling me the day of and basically calling my husband a liar is not helpful. Also sending me a .15 second clip of a video of no sound proves nothing. You argued with my husband BEFORE you got him the jacket. You only sent me the video of you handing him the jacket. And no sewing other patches on DOES NOT makeup for sewing one on UPSIDE DOWN! I am just lucky you didn't ruin an irreplaceable jacket and it was fixed by someone who knew what they were doing. You may have happy customers but I am not one of them and will never step foot into your establishment again. read more

Would recommend this place. They fixed my jacket that I had at another company. (See picture) I had bought a jacket that cost me $60 at my previous company and we recently relocated to a different city and I got another job so I wanted to wear my jacket that I paid $60 for. I tried to take the logo off myself and messed it up by putting holes in it. Took it to this place and I designed my own logo with the man that was there. They fixed my jacket, it's perfect. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Do not bother wasting your time to go to this place. I looked at the hours online before I decided to drive over there but when I got there despite being there before the closing time 6 there was a sign on the door that said we will return at 3:50. I waited outside until four and someone finally opened the shop. He said it would take one week to get a single word embroidered onto a blanket and them said that there were things that were on the website that were unavailable. Why are you false advertising? There are better places out there a further drive maybe but definitely worth the drive. No type of professionalism here. read more

I got 10 of my bridesmaid's robes embroidered at this establishment. They were very friendly, and the prices were great! They have LOTS of fonts to choose from. They came out beautifully! It took them a week to finish all 10 robes. I would definitely recommend this place--I even went back to get my own bridal robe embroidered. read more

This guy is a crook. Don't go here. He took my money said it would be 7 days to print 2 hats. Sent a friend to pick them up after 2 weeks. Gave him receipt with address and I didn't notice the address was incorrect. Took me another week to get receipt back from friend but finally took it with me to business to pick up hats. First he said he didn't know if he did them or no t, then he said he didn't remember me being in there ( but I had my reciept) then he said I don't think I did them. I said if you haven't done them yet I want my money back, he said ok because I can sell them. I said I thought you said you didn't do them. Then he went in back of store showed me the hats and the paperwork I filled out and told me he didn't do them because he didn' t like what I wanted printed.( It was political) Bottom line I guess he thought I would loose my receipt and he would keep my money. Why was his address different on his receipt than his business is. Why so many different stories. I got my money back. I don't know how he has 5 stars, believe me he is a crook!!!!!!
