I found this business by searching on Yelp as I was in search of a place to get some embroidery…read moredone. I called to do research at first for about three places and ultimately I chose this one. I found that this was convenient to where I lived only about 10 minutes away and the owner is very nice. It's a little storefront in a warehouse area. He has several examples of different types of shirts, hats, towels, jackets, and other things that can be embroidered. This is nice because you can tell like what other things you might want to purchase to get embroidered if you are not bringing things in to the store just for the embroidery. There is like a set up fee to get the embroidery done, but after that, I found the charge per shirt to be comparable to all the other places that I called. It took about 10 days and then the items were ready. I left an example of the embroidery that I needed and to my amazement, they did an excellent job far better than what my example was that I left. I would definitely recommend this business if you are in search of any embroidery. They did an excellent job and were very communicative. I certainly will be back!

THAT company even spelled a word wrong (my handwriting sucks) and fixed it on the spot. I wish I had gone back to them.... That company was too far for me this time, so I picked THIS place instead. I should have made the drive. It was 11 days after I took my blanket in. Yes, they say it "might take 5-7 business days" but it was literally FOUR LETTERS. Ridiculous! I'd expect this long of a wait on a larger project or something more difficult than a Times new romans four letter word .... I also had to contact them TWICE before I ever got a response from someone for an update. In a world where there are many options for embroidery and other places can do it cheaper and quicker, this company needs to step it up. 3 stars for turn around time, communication, and friendliness. I have been thoroughly disgusted with Custom Stitchez and would not recommend them to anyone…read more My first red flag should have been that I had to harass Cathy to get her interested in even creating the patches I desperately needed to deliver to customers. That alone took 7-10 days and two visits to her shop. Then, once I confirmed she was actually working on the patches, the process was rushed at best. On the day I expected them to be ready, I received a text from her of the patches laid out on a white background. In my mind, she was getting my approval before they were cut. I approved the image and AGAIN confirmed with her that the patches would be cut out. She agreed. Then I was told in order to receive these patches, I would have to pick them up before noon as she was leaving town for the long holiday weekend -- Presidents' Day. What time did she inform me of this? 10:30 AM!!!! I get my husband to pick up said patches and am unaware there is a problem with them until I see them at 3pm. I immediately reached out to Cathy and my messages went ignored until three days later. Thus began a string of promises and fallacies on her end that have still not been resolved six weeks later. Ultimately I paid a set up fee and full price for patches with the intent of building a long-term working relationship with Custom Stitchez, and have yet to receive the correct item. Not only does this reflect badly on Custom Stitchez, it makes me hesitant to rely on any local vendors.

This trip we were getting shirts for a social event. Due to a miscommunication (just as much my fault as theirs) the shirts were short sleeved instead of long. Most places would care less and insist you pay up and take the shirts that were already printed, however Tom was determined to 'make it right' and totally took care of the situation. We got our full order of over 50 shirts less than 24 hours after finding the issue and they are awesome. I love this place.... Not to mention their designers are the best (shoutout, Randy)!
