I was told it would be about a week and a half on the order and I had to call after 2 and a half weeks when I hadn't heard anything (they were ready). The company I mentioned I used before that I took it to finished 8 names in three hours and I picked it up on the same day. THAT company even spelled a word wrong (my handwriting sucks) and fixed it on the spot. I wish I had gone back to them.... That company was too far for me this time, so I picked THIS place instead. I should have made the drive. It was 11 days after I took my blanket in. Yes, they say it "might take 5-7 business days" but it was literally FOUR LETTERS. Ridiculous! I'd expect this long of a wait on a larger project or something more difficult than a Times new romans four letter word .... I also had to contact them TWICE before I ever got a response from someone for an update. In a world where there are many options for embroidery and other places can do it cheaper and quicker, this company needs to step it up. 3 stars for turn around time, communication, and friendliness. Can't say anything about quality because it was four letters in black thread - Not hard.

The prices are very reasonable and they always do a great job explaining the process and helping us out. Recently my mother hosted a birthday for my little sister and it was a blast. They held more than 11 people and did a great job glazing our paintings in 1hr. We had the other hour to eat pizza that we provided although they have variety options that includes cake and pizza as well, we just didn't choose that since we had custom made cakes and other items.
