Called at 8:40am Tuesday 7/8/25. Spoke with Hassan on color of shirt and design. Was making 20 shirts for a family cruise next weekend 7/18. Hassan sent me several designs within a few minutes. Whole design, proof approval and payment took a few hours. Product was ready today at 11am! Two days! I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER WITH ORDER!!! We were having shirts made for our kid's camp. *July 2025 I verified before ordering that the # of shirts could be made by the due date and at a specific price considering they needed to be printed in full color. They assured me they would be done even earlier, and we agreed on a price. After receiving the design proofs and going over shirt colors and sizes, we found that some colors were not available in the sizes needed and we went back and forth to find the color and sizes needed. *not a problem. They then quoted me a $2.50 per shirt increase. I argued that and we agreed to go up by just $1 from the original price. I was given an even later order date which was great! After sending the final order on the new order date, I was told it would be available on the last possible day before our event. *Not ok! During this process I was contacted by a different representative (assuming a manager) While speaking with them, I found that the previous representative had our order all wrong. Not enough shirts and sizes in colors that we didn't ask for. This new rep was able to straighten up the order, but then told me it would be 2 days into our event before I could pick them up. I argued that and they agreed to have them done the day before but not until 4pm and I would have to drive an extra hr to get to their warehouse. *not the store I originally ordered from. Though aggravating, I left it alone. We did what we had to do to get the kids and staff their shirts. Then...... THE SHIRTS ARE BURNT!!! They burnt the design into a majority of our shirts! This is not my first time having something messed up here but this time I will share my experience in short. The first thing I was good when I walked up was we are really busy. I brought 2 brand new shirts in and came back to heat marks from seams (because it's polyester.) The other shirt has burned wax from the tag next to the buttons. When I brought to his attention he wanted to bargain about giving me some money back but not all. I lost $20 because he refused to give me a refund for the shirt he messed up. I rarely have encountered poor customer service, and poor communication; but I think this experience, (Hulen Mall), was the worst I've had with any store/company. Just summing it up; the vector I provided was printed too large, and would extend from seam to seam under the sleeves. As it was printing I started laughing and told them this was way too big! Before hand, I showed them my example image, and asked them if they could do this BEFORE I paid for the ironing. Too late, I paid for it. They were insisting that it was the only way they could fit the image on the paper and was told "it cannot be changed." Well; after asking more questions, they did make it smaller in diameter; but made it larger in length! Did they not know how to use their program? Or really; did they just not want to reprint? In the end, they did make the image smaller, in the correct size, and made a great print. Unfortunately, it was placed crooked on the shirt. So, I just loss $55 on my Nike shirt, and $35 on my purchased. I was not reimbursed for the poor quality. I don't really care about the money. It is the poor communication and flat-out shady-weirdness of the employee. Try it out. I'm sure they do a great job; half the time. read more

I came here because i needed some tshirts printed and it was close by. The owner was very nice and patient while i explained my idea and helped me place the designs perfectly. Unfortunately, i ordered shirts just before the snowstorm so there was a little delay but as soon as things were back to normal they started and completed my order within one or two days.
