Sheila Harris, who owns the business with her husband and has been doing embroidery since 1975, was able to get all 12 completed in 4 days. And let me tell you, they look amazing! There was no quality lost in the short time needed to complete the large order. I work in Dallas and I was not able to get to Creative Designs & Embroidery until 5:10 and they close at 5:30. Sheila stayed after their business hours with me so I could pick everything out and did not rush me at all. She was very understanding and told me it was completely fine and that I should take my time. I was very indecisive about what thread I wanted to use for the various different color shirts and Sheila helped me pick those out. She would go to the back of the store and bring me an array of colors to choose from. She even printed off different sizes of the monogram for me so I could pick which size I wanted. Things that make this an OUTSTANDING business: - family owned and operated - works quickly WITHOUT sacrificing quality - Sheila truly knows all about embroidery and monogramming, it isn't just a job, it's her passion! - incredible prices - Friendly, welcoming, and understanding - Keeps true to their promises If I ever need anything monogrammed or embroidered, I will only go to Creative Designs & Embroidery. I found this business by searching on Yelp as I was in search of a place to get some embroidery…read moredone. I called to do research at first for about three places and ultimately I chose this one. I found that this was convenient to where I lived only about 10 minutes away and the owner is very nice. It's a little storefront in a warehouse area. He has several examples of different types of shirts, hats, towels, jackets, and other things that can be embroidered. This is nice because you can tell like what other things you might want to purchase to get embroidered if you are not bringing things in to the store just for the embroidery. There is like a set up fee to get the embroidery done, but after that, I found the charge per shirt to be comparable to all the other places that I called. It took about 10 days and then the items were ready. I left an example of the embroidery that I needed and to my amazement, they did an excellent job far better than what my example was that I left. I would definitely recommend this business if you are in search of any embroidery. They did an excellent job and were very communicative. I certainly will be back!
