They don't say hi when you walk, just "Phone number?" without a smile. I dropped off 6 brand new nice shirts to get cleaned. I said no starch on all of them, as I always do. 4 of the shirts have at least 3 cracked or broken buttons now. 2 of the shirts cuff-buttons are completely broken. I talked to them about it. They just said "those were already broken." The shirts I brought in still had the creases from being folded when I bought them. Well played Ken, you just lost a good amount of business from me.

I dropped off three brand new pairs of pants with the tags still on them, to get altered. I explained to the clerk how I pinned the pants. Told her I do not want them hemmed where they are pinned but were the crease is. I asked if I needed to move the pins and was told "No, we got this." They hemmed were the pins were and told me it was my problem because I pinned them.The manager is never there and will not return a phone call. This is the worst place ever!

They make and design their own gowns in house so you can hybrid your exact dream dress from elements of their other dresses. We found my friends dream dress that day however we did not end up purchasing it only because she opted at the last minute to accept a family heirloom dress from a beloved family member. I wish I could have given 6 gold stars! And I also wish I was able to try on the dresses myself - lol!
