Excellent service! Mom's zippers broke two days before we had to leave for a destination wedding. We came in on a weekend and the tailor gave us a fair price and told us it would be ready the following tuesday, but actually got it done the same day! Her price was competitive to the other tailors we visited in the area and she actually gave us an invisible zipper. One thing to keep in mind is that this business is closed sundays and Mondays I believe, so plan accordingly and bring it in ASAP if you need it done fast. read more

The lady that helped me here was so nice. I had ripped my jacket. I brought it in not knowing if it could be fixed. Not only did she fix it she did it while I waited! The price was very reasonable. I will come here again with further alternations and fix's. Thank you for saving my coat!! read more

Great place to have any type of alterations done. Fast and reliable service and most importantly its is affordable.

**Haven't gotten my items back yet** There were a couple reviews that said the lady was rude and that was almost my experience. HOWEVER, she simply thought that I was a returning customer that knew how she operated. Once she realized I wasn't she was more assisting. Also keep in mind that that she is a small business operating alone; she deserves patience. Her pricing is affordable. I'll update my recommendation once I receive me items. I have two pair of pants to be hemmed read more

This place is AMAZING. They did an emergency fix on my wedding outfit and made it fit like a GLOVE, very fair pricing. I am incredibly grateful for their help and I can't recommend her enough. She did an incredible job fitting it to my plus size body and it made a decent dress look fantastic. It was a sequin dress too, so that adds to the complication! Thank you thank you!!! read more

The lady that runs this shop is a saint. I had an emergency and needed a hemming for a wedding after hours and she still accepted me. The hemming took no less than 15 mins. Her service is phenomenal. And then my card wasn't working for some reason and she told me just to come back to the shop when it was, it made me want to tear up. I'm gonna tip her 100%. She is AWESOME!!!!! read more

Great service! The woman there is so nice. She told me she's had her shop for decades! Was looking for a new tailor in the area with great prices and found it! Highly recommend! - I was looking to get all my shorts and jeans hemmed for my wider but shorter legs. She did a perfect job on all of them and I only had to wait 48 hours for all of them. Paid $99 total (tax included) for all 8 items. Any where else would have been double that! The shirt was paid for separately for $15 total (tax included). Again, anywhere else would have been $25+. - Glad I found her. Now I know where to go for any alterations in the south side of FW. read more

AMAZING! I can't say enough good things about BA Tailor. I came in in a panic and let the proprietor know that I didn't think she could help me. I'd been sold a dress for my daughter's prom that was an "easy fix" for me to take on. It was not. However, I'd heard great things about this establishment and decided to take a chance. In less than 24 hours, my daughter's dress was done. And GORGEOUS! Her attention to detail and quality work is evident. Her shop was busy on a Thursday mid-afternoon. Prices are more than reasonable, especially for prom emergencies. read more

She has AMAZING pricing. I got quoted prices from other places but ultimately chose this location because it was closest to home (and the yelp reviews were good). In fact, I didn't bother to ask for a quote and I was shocked to see how low the price was at the end. My pants were work pants that were way too long and looked awkward. She fixed the length and showed me how the stitching on my pants were on the outside (which prevented her from making them more straight leg). But the pants came out a lot better than they were before. And not to mention the fabric was very "different"; almost like yoga leggings. She was very pleasant and made small talk. It was a very quick process and she got me the pants back when I needed them. BRING HER YOUR BUISNESS. YOU WON'T REGRET IT. read more

I Highly recommend this small business for any tailoring or seamstress needs! The owner is friendly, honest, and very personable. Also, the price I paid to have a bridesmaid dress altered AND hemmed was unbeatable. read more

The owner name is KiKi. She is super nice over the phone and in person. She tailor the length of the scrub pants for my husband and she can get it done the next day. The price is fair as comparing to the other places we called. We are happy with the result and services. read more

This is my second time here and it's still the same great service, but she sure has gotten more plants! I can't get over the plants! There are dressing rooms for changing into your garments that need adjusting and a couch to sit on while waiting. The excellent seamstress can do what you need done to your clothing and at a reasonable price! Very friendly service! read more

B A Tailor - Wow! So many gorgeous plants! - Sewing & Alterations Near Me - Fort Worth, Texas

To start off, the lady was friendly and honest. That is always a plus. Also, the shop has a nice homie feel to it. I took two of my skirts to get alterations here and they turned out great. I had also brought a dress but she was honest and told me I could do it at home. In my opinion, she could have easily charged me a good amount for it but instead she gave me honest advice and even some matching threading for it. I don't know much about sewing but in my opinion, honesty is a big part of caring about customers. The pricing for my two skirts was $16 each. It was very reasonably priced compared to other places. I will definitely be taking more clothes here in the future. Would definitely recommend! read more

The cheerful lady that own this shop is the best! I've had her shorten the shirt tails on various shirts and shorten the hem on several pair of jeans, and she has done an outstanding job on everything at a very reasonable price. I Highly recommend B A Tailor! read more

Great place and very quick! Staff is very friendly. Got my bridesmaids dress altered here!

I was very disappointed when I went to this alterations place. Not only did the owner NOT help me with my vest, she didn't even try to help. After reading the reviews It just knew this would be the perfect place for me. Boy, was I wrong!!! read more

Very helpful and very fair on the price! Definitely going back to this place when I need more clothes altered.

I have been going to this tailor shop for years and have just been lax in writing a review. Shame on me because she is wonderful and I want people to know this so she can stay in business. Her pricing is good and her quality of work is superb. We have taken in everything from blue jeans to formals for her to alter or repair and have never been disappointed. And usually there is a quick turn around. Today I took in a shirt that my son ripped. She wasn't sure she could do it well since it is a uniform and needed to look nice. She fixed it while I waited and you can barely tell where the rip was. Five minutes and $5 later I was out the door with a good repair. Love, love, love her. read more

She is seriously the best!! I have come to her for like 4 years for everything from prom dresses, bridesmaid dresses, and pants that need to be hemmed. She always does a great job and will make sure to get them done before needed. Currently sitting waiting for her to hem a pair of pants I just brought in because she said she had time for them right now. Great customer service. read more
