They also had a Yelp check-in coupon for 20% off so that came in handy. Initially I had my 3 year-old with me and both the woman who checked us out as well as the young male worker took the time to speak with him. He was very interested in going into the back and he was jokingly offered a job once he turned 16! Even with the few minutes of chit chat and setting up a new account, drop off was easy and surprisingly quick. Pick up was just as smooth. I liked that they helped me get the hangers up off the rod being that they were rather heavy. All of the jackets looked good as new and had a pleasant, fresh sent. I don't mind paying a little more knowing our clothes are going to be cleaned and pressed properly, not too mention the quick turn around and friendly staff. Will definitely be back!

There was busy but they were amount staff to handle all the customers if every staff members were helping a customer but they were not. Some were busy talking with each other then helping customers. I had to wait for a while to be helped but I was helped by very nice and friendly gentleman. He helped me with picking out the pants in the colors that I wanted and the size I needed. And then he measured me, so the pants could be tailored. Now the problem...I am US Army Veteran. The Men's Wearhouse has several displays in the store for collecting donation for veterans. So Men's Wearhouse collects donations all year round but it turns out they DO NOT offer discount to veterans...only once or twice per year. And they have the nerve to ask for donations to veterans before you can complete your transaction at the payment screen. To me that seems to be money making for Men's Wearhouse scam and not to help the veterans. As a veteran, I encourage all veterans and veteran organizations to boycott Men's Wearhouse!

Her price was competitive to the other tailors we visited in the area and she actually gave us an invisible zipper. One thing to keep in mind is that this business is closed sundays and Mondays I believe, so plan accordingly and bring it in ASAP if you need it done fast.
