They have amazing customer service aside from the service repairs they provide. My son needed to have his suit for prom altered less than a week away from prom day, I located Universal sewing online and they got us in and made necessary alterations with a few days to spare. The alterations were just as we expected and our son was pleased with his suit!! After seeing what amazing job they did I took my purse an authentic LV to have them repair a cut that I could not get anyone else to repair and after 4 years I'm able to use it again! okay! so I was just a little skeptical of so many positive reviews; but after getting 3 pairs of jeans taken in and returned to me in BETTER than original condition, I had to be sure to leave a positive review! I have lost a ton of weight and everyone knows the sorrow that comes with losing your favorite pair of jeans. I figured I'd try and have them taken in.
