I sent my teenage son in to pick up the suit. Twenty minutes later he came out and said they wouldn't even look up at him. That they were laughing and joking with other customers who were having drinks inside. He politely said "excuse me, I'm just here to pick up my Dad's suit." They brushed him off indicating they were busy. So I went in with my son and stood around a LONG time while this guy in the straw hat proceeded to ignore me as well until he heard me on the phone with my husband. Then all of a sudden he said he'd be with us in a minute. Keep in mind by now we've been here 30-35 minutes just waiting to pick up a suit. He said he had not yet steamed the suit even though we made arrangements for the pickup. We agreed we'd never use them again even though the manager apologized for the straw hat character's rudeness. But we agreed I'd refrain from posting a review, until we got the custom suit home and realized the fit was horrible. Hopefully someone else can fix it.

He looked at my fiancé and without measuring him told him what size he needed. We chose his suit. He made suggestions about tailoring and we were in and out in 30 mins. My anxiety is over. Top quality merchandise and exceptional customer service. My girlfriend said my fiancé looked like a bank teller in the other locations suits but he left Q Clothier looking like a CEO!! Love it!! They provided great recommendations and options to fit the aesthetic colors of the wedding color palette. I was a bit nervous in general for how the coordination process would work specific to our wedding since all of my groomsmen were on the east coast and in different cities. The Vu family made me feel reassured that that they could get all my measurement and orders complete in an organized and timely manner. They definitely did a great job handling all of the logistics that came with having all of the groomsmen in different places. For the groomsmen located on the east coast, the Vu family worked with them directly on the phone and also email to make sure they gathered all of the measurement needed for the suit orders. If they needed more information they always followed up with me or my groomsmen. I was constantly asking to make sure the timeline for the suit order could be met and they were always proving great updates. From the beginning they told me and my groomsmen when they needed to have all of the measurements in order to get the orders filled. My groomsmen all got their items in a timely manner before having to fly out to our wedding location on the west coast. They even had time to make any small adjustments as needed at their local shops due to the timely manner from the shipments. I decided to go with a custom suit and really enjoyed the process. Got to pick every part of the suit with lots of fabric and detail options provided. I always felt in great hands. Never felt pressured to go with one design over the other. Whenever I walked in to the store to look at different colors for suit accessory items or shoes, they were always willing to show me all the possibilities. The suit was beautifully fitted and felt very comfortable throughout the whole ceremony. My wife and I can not thank them enough for helping make our day a beautiful occasion!

So, for the sake of awareness in our 140 character world, I'm going to write this review based on my initial experience with DJones, then follow-up as appropriate when product arrives! Background: After reading a story in the Dallas Morning News in December about this start up venture by Drew Jones, I decided to take them up on some of their services by getting fitted for some custom shirts (a must by the way). Upon my initial contact via e-mail, Drew and I made an appointment for him to meet me at my house to perform measurements and review fabric swatches for the shirts (I eventually decided to get 4 shirts in total, 3 or more gets you a 10% discount...always a plus). He was promptly on time (new years eve afternoon, rainy and nasty) and proceeded to work with me the next hour taking measurements for not only the shirts, but for a suit should I decide to get one in the future. Most of the time was reviewing swatches, and afer MUCH deliberation, I chose 3 cotton blends (aka "wrinkle free") and one 100% cotton. Drew was wearing one of he wrinkle frees for context, which is certainly a plus. As a favor to me, Drew is rushing one of the shirts for me to experience quickly, then the others will come soon after. As a promise to him, since this business model is very reliant on grass-roots marketing and customer satisfaction, I took several of his business cards to distribute to other friends of mine that would definitely enjoy the work of a custom fit shirt. Since this is a very personal transaction, I must say that Drew was extremely professional in his dress (he was wearing a suit/tie) and his intereaction with me. A very personable, competant and motivated young man, I look forward to working with him for many shirts to come. As I mentioned earlier, I will post a follow-up review stating the results of the shirt (fit being the major criteria, followed by delivery expectations).
