I found this business by searching on Yelp as I was in search of a place to get some embroidery…read moredone. I called to do research at first for about three places and ultimately I chose this one. I found that this was convenient to where I lived only about 10 minutes away and the owner is very nice. It's a little storefront in a warehouse area. He has several examples of different types of shirts, hats, towels, jackets, and other things that can be embroidered. This is nice because you can tell like what other things you might want to purchase to get embroidered if you are not bringing things in to the store just for the embroidery. There is like a set up fee to get the embroidery done, but after that, I found the charge per shirt to be comparable to all the other places that I called. It took about 10 days and then the items were ready. I left an example of the embroidery that I needed and to my amazement, they did an excellent job far better than what my example was that I left. I would definitely recommend this business if you are in search of any embroidery. They did an excellent job and were very communicative. I certainly will be back!

Extremely Disappointed - Poor Communication and Service…read more !!!DO NOT DO BUISNESS HERE!!! I would give 0 stars if I could. I reached out to have some hats embroidered and the experience was terrible from the start. Communication was lacking -- Chris barely read my emails and seemed uninterested in earning my business. I provided all necessary info and dropped off my blanks on April 25th. I was told the turnaround time was 10 days and that I'd receive an update. I emailed on Monday, May 5th to check in -- no response. I called on Tuesday the 6th and was told I'd get a text update -- nothing. I followed up again on Wednesday and they said they'd "check the status," yet still no follow-up. Out of frustration, I went in person on Thursday, May 8th. Chris was dismissive and arrogant. When I asked for my blanks back, she told me they weren't even at the shop -- they were at her house. then she tried faking a phone call to her husband to bring them up then her phone rang in the middle of her "talking to him" If they can't be excellent with customer service and communication, I can't trust them to be excellent with the job itself.
