I came to TechXperts with a problem connecting to wifi. I never mess with what I call "admin settings" because I'm an idiot when it comes to computers, so I was worried something was seriously wrong. TechXperts connected to my laptop remotely, which to me is pretty darn cool. Watching someone work their computer guru know-how from across the country made me feel like a kid watching a magic show. For him to do this, I had to download a program that would allow him to connect, which only took minutes. While he worked, he pulled up a notepad which allowed us to type back and forth and converse in real time (more magic!) He quickly found the problem, and even uploaded a free malware program for me. All in all, the whole process only took about an hour and my computer has been connecting to wifi without any hiccups since. I feel that I was charged an extremely fair price, because if I had gone to a repair shop I would have been charged $60 or more just for the guy to look at it. I called the number listed on my site and I spoke with the owner he told me yes he has got over 75 plus jobs and he thought the must have been referrals from me and thought I may have went out of business. These people costed me thousands of dollars and when I called to speak about it the changed the number immediately but wanted to charge me a $75 fee to change it I was very upset and was trying to explain to them the money the had cost me. The owner of the company told me listen I know what kind of people you are and that I do not matter that I have a balance for hosting and also a balance for the number being changed I said no way am I paying that then another man got on the phone started cussing me telling me am I a tough guy come on over threatening me. Long story short I paid them there $185.00 I even paid for the 3 months that the other company's info was on my site the reason I done this is to get my site and my domain name so I could switch it to another company. The will not send info as promised every time I call the cuss at me every time I email no answer my so I have a website and a domain I have thousands invested into and it in control of a bunch of Yahoo!'s that put other company's info on my site.
