The lady at the copy center was welcoming and super helpful and inviting. She even explained what machines they have! Unfortunately, staples has made printing prices so astronomical that printing a basic manual went from $25 to over $300. It's cheaper to buy expensive books instead of printing supplemental materials. This is right near the university. Companies can't afford the print prices, so students obviously can't. It's no wonder that the place is so empty. They are pricing themselves into doom. read more

I guess honoring sale price tags is not what this Staples do. I went to look at laptops. Found one for $429. I asked if they still had one . The so called " manager" said she would go check. After about 15 min she come back stating it was the wrong price. It should have been $518 and that she couldn't override the price per the general manager whom she talked to on the phone. Soooo, all the other sale prices on the other laptops were correct except the one I wanted. It was Saturday so I know the tag had been there all week. She said it was a mistake (even when the sale ended the same day 12/17/22 ) then she grabbed the sales tag and just walked away. What piss- pore customer service. First of they no longer offer teacher discounts although online they say they do! I came in to pick up a few anchor charts I had sent over that I usually get done here. They came out horrible and I was told by the worker that she was not sure why or who was working the morning shift but that she couldn't do anything about it because it was not her problem? Excuse me what? I was so confused on to why she couldn't do anything about it but I left it at that. I took the anchor charts because I needed them and could not afford to not have them. I just modified them by writing over them with a sharpie. Never again coming to this staples at all! Horrible experience. read more

I went to the store just to have 40 copies double-sided made on a 60 pound card stock. I arrived at the store before 2:30 PM and was told that the copy center is closed for the rest of the day. They said that she was backed up. I didn't need my copies today but they didn't even give me the option of placing the order for pick up tomorrow. Well I went back the next day to have my copies printed, and then I'm told they're closed again and this was around 2 PM. Now apparently their printers are not working at all. They called the manager and the manager came up but she could not get the printers working either. i'm sorry but if this is one of my primary pieces of business, I would have a copier repair person on standby during my normal business hours. read more

The saga continues. As a small business owner, we covet those "national holidays" to get things done outside of standard traditional business hours and the 4th of July is no different. I downloaded 100 files onto a USB thinking I could swing by quickly, print all 100 pages at once and be on my way. I've had issues submitting the info online before so I didn't want to risk sending the files and having them get lost. Upon getting to this Staples, the first self-service copier was broken. Okay, I try the next. It's soon evident that I can't "Print All" and standing there tapping the print button over a thousand times is not my idea of fun. I approach the desk where two workers were. One completely ignores me. The other finally approaches. I ask if there's a way to print all (of course there isn't.) I ask if he could print them and he says sure, for 18 cents rather than 11 cents. Okay, my holiday sanity is worth 8 bucks. Then he asks if it's color or black and white. I respond "black and white" to which he says the black and white printer is broken. *blink blink* So to recap: still the worst store and completely unhelpful. No more chances from me. STAY AWAY! Just don't waste your time. Placed a "same day" print request. After waiting all day, order was placed before 830 am, I called around 7 pm to check on status. I was then rudely told that my order would not be ready that day! Finally was able to pick up the order the following day and yet again greeted by a rude employee. NO ONE apologized for the late order and then I was horrified at the woman's response when I asked where my envelopes for the invitations were! She was completely put out by my request, which wasn't an extra request, who doesn't receive envelopes when ordering 100 invitations! I have been contacted, via phone, by a man who either said he was the owner or manager, not sure of which. He too did not extend an apology, but wanted to make sure they would get it right for his customers in the future. Yeah, by all means, you already received my money, why worry about what I think about your poor business practices. I refuse to step foot in a Staples again!!! read more

Okay... I've given this place a chance. I've been here 3 times in the past 3 weeks, and each time the self service printers have been "out of order." If you need anything printed quickly, this place is rarely able to deliver. I've also had business and personal documents printed here in the past. It takes forever, and they are not great at directions (single sided, double sided to bind along long side, etc.) which makes you have to go back in and get things re-done. They obviously have management and customer service issues. I hope they are able to fix it, because the location is convenient! But so far, coming here has been a waste of my time. read more

We I just experienced the worst customer service from the Assistant Manager, JENNIFER!! She walked into the establishment with an poor attitude. We ordered gift cards that required in-store delivery. We received confirmation from the shipping company that our order was delivered December 9. We phoned the location prior heading to the store and were placed on hold for 27 minutes. After arriving to the store we stood at the custom service counter for more than 15 minutes waiting for a manager to help us. The poor sales associate, Yessenia, was clearly put in an awkward situation, as the sales line grew while waiting on a manager. We witnessed three customers walk out of the store without their items. After another 5 minutes the assistant manager walked in. She approached asking if we'd been helped with an annoyed tone. As she walked around to the sales counter she gave a fellow sales associate a negative look. She came to work on the defensive. We should have know at that stage that she was going to be less than helpful. She typed our order number into her computer and turned around and stated our order had not been delivered. We showed her the delivery notice and asked if she could research further. Her answer, one word, NO! We asked if she could offer additional assistance. Her answer, one word, NO! By that time I had to voice my opinion... Their customer service SUCKED!! Then she told me she'd do more when we left the store. What was she going to do!?? She clearly didn't want to help while we were standing there. We suggest Staples offer additional training to employees they place in managerial positions. We would also suggest they staff their stores adequately. If you're reading this, We hope your experience is much better than ours. Not sure if we will ever use Staples again. There are several alternative office supply companies to choose from these days. They don't even deserve ONE star - but it is required in order to post my review. UPDATE: We finally received our gift cards... The crazy thing is they were there the ENTIRE time. Luckily our second visit to the store was a success due to the effort of STUART!! He was extremely helpful and actually took the time to look at our delivery confirmation and realized that it was shipped USPS not UPS and being held in the front of the store and not the storage room. This location is pretty good. It is clean and has a good lay out. There didnt seem to be much staff to help me find what I was looking for but I found what I needed. While I was checking out a woman asked for stamps and the cashier told her we do not sell stamps. It's obvious that the copy staff at this Staples is either poorly trained or have no idea what is going on. I have been here several times to print projects and they have fell short of basic services. This can include ruining a photo by putting tape on it and tearing it, re printing the photo in the completely wrong size, and completely changing the size of the photo and claiming it's not their fault for not notifying the customer of this change so the customer might have some input in their own project. read more
