I came to TechXperts with a problem connecting to wifi. I never mess with what I call "admin settings" because I'm an idiot when it comes to computers, so I was worried something was seriously wrong. TechXperts connected to my laptop remotely, which to me is pretty darn cool. Watching someone work their computer guru know-how from across the country made me feel like a kid watching a magic show. For him to do this, I had to download a program that would allow him to connect, which only took minutes. While he worked, he pulled up a notepad which allowed us to type back and forth and converse in real time (more magic!) He quickly found the problem, and even uploaded a free malware program for me. All in all, the whole process only took about an hour and my computer has been connecting to wifi without any hiccups since. I feel that I was charged an extremely fair price, because if I had gone to a repair shop I would have been charged $60 or more just for the guy to look at it. Extremely Disappointed - Poor Communication and Service…read more !!!DO NOT DO BUISNESS HERE!!! I would give 0 stars if I could. I reached out to have some hats embroidered and the experience was terrible from the start. Communication was lacking -- Chris barely read my emails and seemed uninterested in earning my business. I provided all necessary info and dropped off my blanks on April 25th. I was told the turnaround time was 10 days and that I'd receive an update. I emailed on Monday, May 5th to check in -- no response. I called on Tuesday the 6th and was told I'd get a text update -- nothing. I followed up again on Wednesday and they said they'd "check the status," yet still no follow-up. Out of frustration, I went in person on Thursday, May 8th. Chris was dismissive and arrogant. When I asked for my blanks back, she told me they weren't even at the shop -- they were at her house. then she tried faking a phone call to her husband to bring them up then her phone rang in the middle of her "talking to him" If they can't be excellent with customer service and communication, I can't trust them to be excellent with the job itself. Very disappointing.
