The customer service was substandard as Maria promised a logo within a couple of days but did not respond for a week. When Maria did finally respond, the logos were not what we had discussed...no surprise there! She promised more options which still were not what we discussed. Then communication from Maria abruptly ceased. I had to call them repeatedly to get the status of my case. They put another person, Ally, on my case. She produced only two more logos. When I requested that she move one item in the logo she said responded with her boss said I was taking up too much of their time and can no longer help me. it's almost a month since my visit.
