Dena had a MAJOR catch for me that I did not see and it would have been a HUGE mistake on MY part, and they made changes with such kindness! If I could give 0 stars just to 1 person there I would! The lacy girl who works in the front was one of the rudest people I've encountered. As soon as I walked in she gave me a dirty look up and down and gave me attitude From the second I started talking. it also seemed like she tried doubling the price for a few stickers! Ridiculous pricing!!! I had to walk out because she was talking crap about one of the younger employee girls to another woman! Pretty sure if your store didn't have an employee that made it VERY unwelcoming and scamming customers by doubling the price then you would have MUCH more business! read more

Horrible experience. We were needing a tent made for my business and went to FastSigns to place an order, they gave us the process and gave us a quote for the tent. As we were paying for the full price before they finalized, I noticed I wasn't receiving what I initially thought I was paying for after a descriptive email was sent to them. The employer forgot to add my initial email and in person pictures, so when I went up to the store to let them know, they stated they made a mistake and that I can get a refund for my deposit or just pay for what they didn't add. The white lady at the front also said "everybody makes mistakes" and that she would not compensate me for THEIR mistake or miscommunication on their end. There was no remorse no nothing. I'm a business owner and if I made a mistake I would gladly adjust or compensate some things for my customer especially when they were about to spend almost $4k for a tent. Horrible experience and not to put the new girl down but our initial in person conversation was confusing for her because she was new but the white lady was walking her through it, so to just say "we all make mistakes" is true but inappropriate when you're running a business. Please do not give them any business. If you need a tent done, I have a great contact who charged us half the price and with very short notice after this store just dismissed us. The employees (both the front desk and the production area) are always helpful and friendly, and they go to great lengths to service their customers.
