A little background - a couple of years ago we needed to have an extremely dirty house in San…read moreAntonio cleaned - The company we hired sent a crew that that had one person who spoke English and could translate for us and the crew, each person went to different areas, and when they were finished, the transformation was unbelievable. The house sparkled. It was a positive experience all around. We needed to get our house cleaned for company next week. I got bids from a couple of companies by sending them the list of what we wanted to have done and selected The Cleaning Authority, expecting the same quality of work. We wanted the bathrooms, the master bedroom, a guest room (which just needed dusting as it had been painted and carpeted recently), and the public spaces downstairs in the house cleaned. They did not have to do the windows, sills, blinds or the wood floor on the main floor. I emphasized that the kitchen was really important. I acknowledged that if the work wasn't done in four hours we could negotiate for more time, and said that was ok. What we got: two women who did not communicate in English, who wasted probably 45 minutes of time in the already cleaned guest room, didn't clean any room thoroughly (not even trying to clean the tubs or floors) before going to the next room, didn't even work on the kitchen until the last, and walked out without even trying to find me or my husband to see if we wanted them to go over the time limit to finish the job. I just happened to look out the window to see them packing up their equipment and went out to get them to finish the kitchen. When I called the next day to complain, the person I talked to wanted to come out to see what I was talking about, asked if I had taken any pictures, and offered to have someone else come out to clean. I replied that since we had company coming the NEXT week, we were already doing the cleaning not done, didn't have time to take pictures, and certainly didn't want her or anyone from the company to come to our house ever again. I strongly urge anyone looking for a cleaning company not to even consider this one. If someone does choose them, be sure to take pictures, have a translator available, accept a price for the job and not by the hour, and watch them like a hawk to see that they are actually working and really cleaning.

The plans to do this were last minute so by the time we decided to wanted t-shirts screen-printed with our company logo we only had 2 days to make it happen. We knew the odds were against us when we wanted to have our shirts made in such a short time frame but when I spoke to Chris at FW Promo, he pushed the order through and bent over backwards to assure we got our shirts completed in time. I highly recommend FW Promo and would gladly do business with them again. Great company and great people, and the shirts looked amazing too! Thanks again guys for working so hard to get our shirts done, we really appreciate it.

I love the response and turn-around time for my projects from Ace (owner) and really appreciate the great service. I often receive many compliments from people asking where I got my printed items so I figured I'd write a review on Yelp to share the love even more. I've been here for over a dozen printing jobs and also had the chance to use Copy HQ as the main printing company for a large year-long nation-wide project for a Conference happening in Dallas and every single one of our items were flawless and perfect. Some of the items I've had made this year were T-Shirts (a lot of different designs), Program Booklets, Flyers, Banners, Step & Repeats, Stickers, Pamphlets, Postcards, etc. The cost here is very affordable and you really can't beat the prices, quality, and service especially since Ace goes above and beyond to have his clients happy. I've shopped around other places to find my exact printing jobs estimated to cost at least 5-7 times the amount that's offered at Copy HQ... whoa. Overall.. definitely would recommend this place-- and don't hesitate to call or email them since Copy HQ closes late sometimes and opens early to make sure to help all of their customers. Kudos & cheers!
