Better yet he has this tracking system (similar to tracking ups and fed ex packages) where it updates you on the progress with your computer. Which gives you a idea if there was any additional problems or if everything is running smoothly. Loved it!! Hopefully I don't ever have anymore computer problems but if I ever do I know where to go.
