I never mess with what I call "admin settings" because I'm an idiot when it comes to computers, so I was worried something was seriously wrong. TechXperts connected to my laptop remotely, which to me is pretty darn cool. Watching someone work their computer guru know-how from across the country made me feel like a kid watching a magic show. For him to do this, I had to download a program that would allow him to connect, which only took minutes. While he worked, he pulled up a notepad which allowed us to type back and forth and converse in real time (more magic!) He quickly found the problem, and even uploaded a free malware program for me. All in all, the whole process only took about an hour and my computer has been connecting to wifi without any hiccups since. I feel that I was charged an extremely fair price, because if I had gone to a repair shop I would have been charged $60 or more just for the guy to look at it. I never asked for my money back knowing when it was time to build it, I would just get with them again, so basically they received funds from me and did not build the website, as I cancelled it then. With Covid, etc going on, and I had to actually close my retail buisness for a time period as it was mandated by the city, I finally decided it was time to get the website built and get online ASAP to help with the closure. I have been talking with Deanna since Jan 2020. Initially, she was helping and we started the website. However, then it turns to October 2020 and she has just abandoned my website, will not return calls, and basically has just been ignoring me for months. I them posted this review previously, she contacted me asking me to take it down and she would help me finish, asking "Why I didn't contact her". That is ridiculous as I have repeatedly contacted her, with no response from her. She then said there was only about "2 hours worth of work left", which I don't even know where she gets that as I have been the one to add the menus and collections, and inventory, etc. However, she once again made a million excuses as to "why" she couldn't, and now it is March 2021 and I still don't have my site up. Over a YEAR! I do not know why she had a change of heart and decided to just stop communication all together, but it has been frustrating to say the least. So with this, No, I cannot recommend Deanna and Magik Digital.
