Better yet he has this tracking system (similar to tracking ups and fed ex packages) where it updates you on the progress with your computer. I hired this technician to replace the hard drive in my grandparents' computer. He also said it…read moreneeded a new fan due to noise, which we agreed to. He told us the repair would take 3-4 days, but it ended up dragging on for weeks with multiple delays. Eventually, he shipped the computer back to me without my permission, and it arrived with the stand broken and the fan still unfixed. He said he would come fix it once the new fan came in, but after waiting over a month with no resolution, I finally gave up and ordered the fan and a new stand myself and had someone else complete the repairs. The whole process was unnecessarily drawn out, and I ended up having to spend more time and money to get things done right. I would not recommend.
