. Went there expecting to get a diagnosis, got nothing and had to wait in the heat for 10-15 minutes and got nothing. I called, texted, and rung the doorbell. I let the store know beforehand that i was going to be a little late and got no response, i figured they were okay with that so i went anyway. I had to 2 buses to get there just for no one to even show up. The reviews on this place seem to be fantastic but i didn't get that experience at all. I never write reviews either or expect anything extravagant, but this is just a new kind of low. If you set your available hours to those specific hours then you should be available at that time, otherwise don't even bother. I wont say this place is downright horrible because i never got a chance to experience it. The communication seemed to be good up until i had to go there. Complete waste of time. I choose this business because of the stellar review but now I am not sure those are even real. I had some problems with my laptop and sent out a request on yelp. Josh contacted me very quickly as you can see in the first picture. I was impressed and asked him when I can bring my laptop over and his reply (second picture). It was weird, why do I have to contact him again "in the evening" to make an appointment. When I contacted him again in the evening you can see the third message. When I see the "I guess" that was when I realized this guy has no intention of fixing my computer and just running me around. Finally I asked him if he was sick and unable to accept customer so he would stop wasting my time and as you can see he reply with the final message. Overall, this was a big waste of time and very unprofessional unlike the reviews here and google. I get that you have the right to refuse service but then why bother contacting a person you don't know and waste their time? Is it because you saw my last name on the email?
