He told us the repair would take 3-4 days, but it ended up dragging on for weeks with multiple delays. Eventually, he shipped the computer back to me without my permission, and it arrived with the stand broken and the fan still unfixed. He said he would come fix it once the new fan came in, but after waiting over a month with no resolution, I finally gave up and ordered the fan and a new stand myself and had someone else complete the repairs.
