This guy's name is derandius and he has friends hanging out int he office with him and also the place smells horrible like a latrine, anyway their system is down mr mcdonald tells me.. Mind you this is a company that literally fixes computers. Or then turning me away and declining my warranty repair of my Samsung phone despite the fact that they are a flagship Samsung repair outlet they refuse to repair my Samsung phone under warranty. Not only that they did so in an extremely rude way. Causing me to be extremely upset in ways that I should not need to be made upset. This place should definitely have their rights to repair Samsung under warranty taken away. Samsung should not do business with unprofessional companies like this. It's not just this location because in the past I have had problems with the Southlake location as well which are not a flagship location like this for Samsung. Either way save yourself some time and avoid the frustration of dealing with these unprofessional clowns at this location. Despite them not wanting to repair my phone under warranty Samsung did at THEIR direct outlet in less time that I wasted here
