    Thank You for your response. As far as honest, you were honest on somethings. For example, you did say you would charge $75 to replace the screen and would try your best not to crack the LCD. You never said "with possibility of it not looking good." Yes, you gave me two options on how to go about fixing my iPad, but you assured me that it could be fixed no matter which option I chose. You seemed confident you could do the replacement so I trusted you. I left my iPad in your hands, I called back a week later and you said it was not ready because you had to order parts. I waited another week and came in to the store to pick it up. You explained you hadn't glued it yet and if I wanted it done or not. I asked what you thought was best and you said you'd put the glue but would charge me $100. I said ok, and you proceeded to put the glue and even asked me to help you hold some special light. After, I examined the iPad and explained that it had a small bright spot and I did not like that the home button did not work correctly and that the lock button was not locking the iPad. You opened the iPad and examined it. You said you'll drop the price to $70. I told you I couldn't accept that and if you can fix it because it wasn't like that before. You agreed and kept my iPad another week. Now at this point, you've had my iPad for three weeks. When I returned the first thing you said was "well we might have to replace the whole screen." When you showed me the iPad there were larger bright spots on it and you were unable to fix the lock and home button. You said the bright spots were oils and the home button was suppose to be that way and that you have to hold down the lock button tight. I asked you if you'd buy it from me and you asked how much and I said $180? You laughed at me and said you could do $30 and that you would have to fix it because you couldn't sell it like that to a customer. But I was a customer, and you were willing to sell it to me looking like that? You then said you could replace the whole thing for $180 and it would look brand new. I called my husband right in front of you to ask him what he wanted to do. And my husband mentioned that at this point you couldn't even fix the home button and yet you've had my iPad for three weeks now, how can we trust you to make it look brand new? I didn't want to pay for that quality of work. I just wanted to just grab my iPad and walk out. But you probably would've called the cops. And I'm just not a confrontational person. So I paid you instead of arguing. I went home and I couldn't sleep because I could not believe I didn't just stick up for myself and argue with you that I didn't want to accept that. I even wrote you privately to your email from your website, to which you did not respond. I finally decided I would go back to your store to dispute the charge. I asked you if you were proud of your work on my iPad and you said "no". You admitted that it was a "bad job" so thank you for your honesty. We argued for a good 20 mins and you finally asked me what would make me happy. I said a full refund and you gave me a look like I was dumb for asking that. I then said half a refund. So yes, you're right I did receive a $40 refund. After I got my iPad back I took it to another repair shop. And I was told exactly what you did wrong.... 1. The LCD was aligned wrong. So it could not fit on correctly, hence why the home button did not work. 2. You didn't let the loca (liquid glue) dry 3. Left watermarks and air bubbles 4. Loca glue was leaking on to the main board 5. The lock button was missing a wire that seemed to have been cut off when you opened the iPad. As for the picture I posted in my review, it doesn't matter what angle, full colors or not you will always see the bright spot marks. It looked worse than when it was cracked. Now if you would like pictures with better angles and full colors I will be happy to post them for you. The other shop still has the screen and they were just as shocked when they saw the work done that was done to my iPad. This was a completely BOTCHED JOB. So please don't "feel bad" for me as I now have a nice new iPad screen done by Apple Professionals.

    This guy rocks!! Repaired the glass on my granddaughters phone for a reasonable price in 1 day. Super friendly. Totally recommend!!

    I called to inquire about computer repair for my laptop as I did not want to go to a box store for…read morehelp. I was trying to use small businesses instead. When I explained that I need to bring in a laptop for service, I also explained that I had a medical & mental health exemption from the unlawful mask mandate and asked if there was an accommodation they could make like taking the computer from me outside. The individual insulted me instead and said anyone not wearing a mask is immoral as HE has complications with asthma and wears it. My complication is due to violent trauma and I should not have to reveal what took place, however, this individual went above and beyond to insult me and every other individual that is unable to wear this and has ADA accommodations for work and to be in public places for services. Sad that people are not educating themselves on the difference between LAW vs LEGAL and that mandates, orders and requirements are NOT LAW. It's also vile that anyone would insult someone that wishes to bring them business. My bf used to do all his business here and said he will no longer due to the way I was treated on the phone as it was on speaker. He is also letting others in the Grapevine/Colleyville area know as well.
