I sent my business to staples who I had not dealt with before. They were fast, called me when my order was ready, and the store didn't look like a flea market. A few times at your Euless, TX location I have gone to the register and no one was there, for 10 minutes or more. I could have just walked out with my things, I instead just walked out. I will never do business with your company ever again, I am telling all my friends that are teachers and do a lot of business with your company to never use you again. Your stores look like crap and you have no service what so ever. I was a retail manager for CompUSA before I became a teacher. I eventually was the DFW regional service center manager. If I ever walked in a store that was staffed like yours or looked like yours, heads would roll. I more than likely would meet with my superiors and recommend the store be shut down, as it would tarnish the reputation of any good stores as well as the fact that I couldn't imagine you are making money at that store with the customer service and the way this store looks. This review is specifically for the testing center/ building…read more I came here for a scheduled exam that I arranged online. I had never heard of the place, but it was the closest alternative testing center (since the big ones are closed due to COVID) available for the date I needed. I was crossing my fingers that it wasn't bootleg. When I arrived my GPS took me to the wrong suite. Shoot! Good thing I was early. Every door I tried to enter was locked. Gratefully there was a sign on tone of the locked doors informing that the testing entrance was 2 buildings down (very close). I quickly drove over to the adjacent parking lot. Whew! Like another reviewer mentioned, it looks a little sketchy on the outside. You can't see in and the neighborhood surrounding looks aged. Don't let that deter you though! The door was unlocked at the testing building. Yes! I entered and was immediately relieved and at peace that everything was very clean (ain't nobody trying to get COVID), organized, and the staff was professional (always appreciated). They offered me a locker with lock and key to store my items before entering the testing room. I was able to use the restroom, and given instructions on how the process would work. They gave me laminated scratch paper and a dry erase marker for taking notes, as well as ear plugs! All these caring details relaxed me so much before my test. The room had about 12-14 stations with computers and there was only one other person testing the day that I came. Even that was a relief! I would absolutely return if I ever had to test again. Let's hope I don't!! If you like a small space with little to no other testers present, this might be a sweet spot for you. In my opinion they offer a wonderful little structured environment that helps subside any pre-testing jitters.

Eventually, he shipped the computer back to me without my permission, and it arrived with the stand broken and the fan still unfixed. He said he would come fix it once the new fan came in, but after waiting over a month with no resolution, I finally gave up and ordered the fan and a new stand myself and had someone else complete the repairs. The whole process was unnecessarily drawn out, and I ended up having to spend more time and money to get things done right. I would not recommend.

It's pretty entry level experienced employees doing the gaming PCs, if you have the money to pay for PC repair I'd just find someone online to diagnose with you for under $60 that will put more care into detail.

There is some trade off to being able or willing to take a bit of a hit on things if you know its out of our hair right away vs things sitting at our home for possibly months waiting for it to sell on online resale sites.
