The guys were very friendly and helpful and used a new charger to make sure it was the charger and not the charge port. My almost 5 yo Win 10 PC died on me! I have some experience with PC hardware, so I know my way around, but definitely not an expert and I know when I need to call the pros to diagnose or fix an issue. My first thought was to go to the Geek Squad at Best Buy. Talking to coworkers, they recommended instead that I go to a mom and pop local place, so I started searching nearby. I found these guys within 3m of me and contacted them about details of what may be involved. I dropped off my baby, trusting their expertise to diagnose and fix the issue since I use this PC for gaming, personal business and some work. I received a call a day later as promised saying that they found the issue and to fix it they need to replace the drive. I asked about specifics of the replacement drive to compare it to a high performance drive I had just recently purchased. Mine was better, so I dropped it off with them shortly after their call to use in the rebuild. They said it would be a day for them to complete the work. I showed up the next day and my PC was ready to go as promised. Total bill was $85 to diagnose, replace drive and install Win 11 since Win 10 is about to go out of support. I shared my very positive experience with my coworkers just in case they need work done in the future. I've been here a few times for custom gaming pc help, these guys aren't the people you want to go to for custom PC help. They over charge pretty hard for basic things, and usually will miss a ton of the problems. I brought in a computer with driver issues, and a bad motherboard and a buggy fan. They found the fan issue and replaced it, but brought it back to me obviously still having driver and bios issues they never found and charged me $500. It's pretty entry level experienced employees doing the gaming PCs, if you have the money to pay for PC repair I'd just find someone online to diagnose with you for under $60 that will put more care into detail. read more

Dropped off an IMAC that one day would not boot and recognize the hard drive. I did not have an external start disk so I asked them to diagnose. After 1 week and no contact I called. Said they would have the tech call me. 2 days later got a call stating they took IMAC apart and could not get the hard drive to read on a separate computer so hard drive was bad. Ok, I asked them if they could order a newer and better hard drive and install. Nothing for another week so I stopped by. Now there was a video cable issue. Ordered a new one. Nothing for another week. Stopped by and they said tech was out and he would call. Received a call 2 day later and now the motherboard is bad and would cost more than the computer is worth. They have no idea what they are doing. read more

What ever you do don't bring your PC here. This location supposedly fixed my pc but ever since getting the graphics card was replaced I've been getting a blue screen error, on top of that when I got the service I was never offered warranty or insurance for the part replaced for future problems. This location was no help at all, the least that could have been done was a free diagnostic to see what the problem is. With further inspection I seen there was still a sticky mess on my motherboard and it looks like I need a new motherboard which was never mentioned. On top of that I need a NEW graphics card AGAIN. Never bringing my pc back here waste of time and $1200. Better service elsewhere. read more

Well this is the first time I had to take my computer in for cleaning. The desk people were friendly. It took al little longer to get my computer back than I anticipated. Also took a few calls to them before I was given an actually finish time. Workers were all friendly and helpful. Gave it back with. I heads up instructions. Had to call them back to ask about a few start up questions. They were helpful but would have liked to know that I was going to have so many problems.
