Do not waste your money here. Terrible customer service. I let this shop replace my phone screen…read morethree separate times and handed them over $900 to do it. Every single repair failed. The first replacement was back in June. The most recent one was about a week ago and cost me $300, and that screen gave out with nothing but a tiny chip on one corner. No drop, no crack, no reason for a screen to quit if the work was done right. So I brought it back and asked them to honor a warranty on work I had already paid for three times over. Their big gesture? Waive the labor and still charge me $160 for parts. That would put me over $1,000 with this shop for a phone that never stayed fixed. Three failures in a row is not bad luck. It is bad parts, bad work, or both. They were not willing to help and they are not willing to stand behind their work at all. All they want is your money. Take your business anywhere else.

They charged me $30 to lift up the screen and just put it back on. After I got home The phone made an automatic update and that's when the camera stopped working. I went back and I waited again a really long time for them to open. I was quoted $100 to fix the camera. There's nothing wrong with the camera. It's just not recognizing the camera since it's not the original Apple camera. I said I got this phone from them. Can I just "switch" the phone with a different one. I was declined and said it will just be a trade in value and will need additional money ($300) to make that switch. I came back to the store again today to bite the bullet to fix that camera. Once again they do NOT open at 10:30/11. I waited till 12 before I left cause my lunch break is over. I am never going back here. Just giving everyone a heads up warning.
