I went in to have a screen replaced and they said the lines should also disappear after the fact..so l happily paid $$$.1 week later the lines reappear and when I take it back to them to fix they accused me of dropping the phone and or pressing hard on the phone. Keep in mind l seldom use this phone as l have a newer model phone now. They didn't honor their warranty furthermore they said they couldn't fix the lines anyway because it was an "internal problem". 1 Hour after screen repair I realized my phone now doesn't charge. I feel like this is deliberate too. Before going to this company my phone was still OEM and had no issues charging or keeping a charge. After trusting this company with my most valuable asset, they damaged my phone battery somehow and now the phone wont charge past 4%. Forcing me to return the next day to see if they can fix the problem they caused. Words can't even describe how upset I am with this because I know how simple of a job iPhone screen replacement can be and there's no excuse other than deliberate tapering to justify why my product shouldn't be in good working order after paying as much money as I did. Nice guy, we had a good exchange of conversation and I added a couple of purchases caused I felt my worries of getting a screen replaced being calmed. Good news is they fixed what I paid them to fix, the bad news is they damage my phone beyond repair so it's no longer functions like it did before you decided to use this company.
