Jose is a Horrible manager. Management sucks here. I usually…read morealways go here to fix my phone screen, but recently 2.1.2024 I had the most horrible experience here. I went to get my broken front screen fixed. I waited 30 minutes and returned to pick it up. Usually they ask for my passcode number to check and make sure the screen works, but when I tried to give Jesus the code he said it wasn't necessary. I payed $97.43 for my iPhone 11. I went home and noticed right away that my screen wasn't working properly. It worked for the most part but would sometimes not sense my fingers to use my screen to where I have to keep locking and unlocking my screen. I was told that I had 30 days warranty unless cracked then they would not service to fix it. I returned less than a week to fix my screen to get it to work again, but the guy there went to find a way not to fix my screen. The manager never came out to talk to me personally and hid in the back. Jose the manager apparently told him not to service my screen due to little wear and tear tiny small scratches which should not affect the screen from working at all. I notified the lazy guy that it wasn't working the same day I took it home. He said to take it home and return if it still wasn't working because he "supposably" opened it up but there was nothing wrong which was a lie. I returned 2 days later and Jesus said he would take care of it since he was originally the one who had put on my screen. The lazy guy who doesn't work at all came in and told Jesus not to fix my screen and called his manager again who told him to charge me $70 so they can replace the whole screen that they put on which was defective from the beginning. That was literally my only option they gave me because they weren't going to open it up again to simply get the same screen to work. I didn't want a new screen. I simply wanted them to keep the same one on and just open it up to fix whatever was left loose or the reason to why my screen wasn't sensing my fingers. He told me to come back again the next day for the 4th time and 4th day because the manager would be there so I could talk to him about fixing my phone as if I have all the time in the world to keep coming back to get the same answer over and over. That's just lazy and careless of the manager. They could of literally just opened up my phone to fix the issue and been on my way. Jose is a horrible manager. Please make sure to check your phones immediately in front of them after repair if you come here so this doesn't happen to you. I will never return here again. Money hungry management and employees who go on power trips.

I found…read morehim through Yelp while looking for a local computer repair service, and he contacted me with a quote. I agreed to the terms and paid in advance. Initially, I was supposed to pay only for the replacement part, but when he sent me an invoice for the full amount, I went ahead and paid the entire sum. I specifically pointed out that the invoice did not make clear that the repair service had not yet been performed, and he corrected it. After receiving my payment, however, the problems began. I waited more than a week for the replacement part to arrive. When I contacted him asking about the part and when the repair could be completed, I was told there were family issues and the repair was postponed. After approximately a month of waiting and still having no repair completed, I finally requested a refund. I was then told there had been a death in the family and that he could not refund me because he did not have access to a computer. He promised that I would receive my refund by the end of that week. That was the last I heard from him. I contacted him again the following week attempting to recover my money and received no response. At no point did I receive the replacement part, the repair service, or a refund. I paid in full, my computer was never repaired, and my money was never refunded. This has been an incredibly unpleasant and frustrating experience. I was patient and understanding through multiple delays and explanations, but ultimately I was left without the service I paid for and without my money. I would strongly caution anyone considering doing business with this repair service against paying anything in advance.

My wife bought a phone from them and the screen just stopped working after an update. I went to them and their business hours is not correct. Waited 2 hours till they were finally opened. They charged me $30 to lift up the screen and just put it back on. After I got home The phone made an automatic update and that's when the camera stopped working. I went back and I waited again a really long time for them to open. I was quoted $100 to fix the camera. There's nothing wrong with the camera. It's just not recognizing the camera since it's not the original Apple camera. I said I got this phone from them. Can I just "switch" the phone with a different one. I was declined and said it will just be a trade in value and will need additional money ($300) to make that switch. I came back to the store again today to bite the bullet to fix that camera.
