they fixed the phone in 15 minutes, Added a screen protector as a bonus! they were open on a weekend! During Covid it's hard for small businesses but they covered the customers area with protective liners. I needed to repair my iPhone 11 and it was quick! Thanks read more

The young man that fixed my phone was able to do it immediately. I had terrible cracks on my screen and he replaced it. He charged me $100 which I thought was fair as I had checked other places. read more

I went in to get my back screen replaced, right away when I left my phone overheated while wireless charging in my car. The entire day it kept overheating and drained my battery within a few hours. It also would not MagSafe charge without over heating and would not charge to 100% with MagSafe. Prior to me getting my back screen replaced here I never had issues with my battery or overheating. I returned to the shop and they took no responsibility for their work. I brought it to another shop and the next shop said that the battery has nothing to do with the overheating. Fast phone repair damaged my mother board while replacing my back screen and took no responsibility for their wrong doing. DO NOT BRING YOUR PHONE HERE FOR REPAIR. They are not knowledgeable! Trust me, bring it somewhere else. Save yourself $ and a headache. This place left my phone with an overheated phone that occurs every 1-2 hrs, and drained battery within a few hours after being charged to 100%. I can't even use my phone without it heating up and shutting down on me. Horrible unknowledgeable repair people who take no responsibility for their wrong doing. read more

They wasted my time after a numerous emails and conversations regarding my needed services they said they do not do mobile service even though they had corresponded previously that they did and said they'd be there a day after if I had not in contact with them I would have waited for them to show up and they would have never would have come again the guy that corresponded with me through email and me contacting them by telephone the following morning to find out that they don't even do mobile services what a joke find someone else do do your repairs read more

I had originally gave a 5 star review. Now I'm editing to a one star. The service and young man being the center was great it seemed and there was a 30 day warranty soon but the screen didn't even work 3 weeks and that's the complaint we went in with then we couldn't even sell it back to t mobile because the screen has been changed. They would not good it. Sad part is two people from work took out recommendation and both their screens aren't working either! read more

I cracked the back glass of my iPhone 12 Pro Max. I messaged Fast Phone Repair on yelp and got a response very fast with a quote. No appointment was necessary. I dropped the phone off and was given an estimated pick up of 3-4 hours. They were working on phones already and two people were waiting before I came in. I called them after 2.5 hours because I finished my errands early and they said my phone was ready for pick up. I showed up and paid with a credit card. They also have an ATM inside. They have a love seat sofa if you want to wait while they repair. This was also the best price quoted out of all the places I called. The person I interacted with was also friendly. I will definitely use this business again if needed and recommend their service to anyone needing it. read more

Fast Phone Repair - Amazing work - Mobile Phone Repair Near Me - Arlington, Texas

Friendly and attentive customer service. Phone was fixed under 15 minutes even when the store was quite busy. Base on other customer, it seem they can fix broken battery, charging port, volume, etc. They also sell many electronics products such as charger, cases, etc. Affordable prices to change screen around $50-$100 depending on the phone's generation, mine was $85 to repair the screen for an XR. The screen is still doing well for 8 months, just a little scratch on the side but it's totally my fault due to my hard work environment and kids. Take care of your stuff well and nothing will fall off !! Too good to miss 5/5 star recommend :) read more

Good fast service, very affordable, and added a screen protector with my screen repair. Highly recommend!!

My wife and I came in this morning to fix her iPhone XR, which had a cracked glass. We were helped by Tommy. He examined the phone to check that the LCD and Face ID were not damaged (which they weren't). Quoted us $85 (which was $5 cheaper than the website). We happily agreed. 10 minutes later, the glass for the LCD screen was replaced. Tommy included a glass screen protector at no charge. He had us test the screen to make sure that screen responded properly to touch input (which it did). Note, the repair shop does not accept credit cards. However, there is an ATM on site (which has a $3 transaction fee). If you want to save a few bucks on the ATM fees, check the repair shop website for your phone, and withdraw cash from your bank ATM before coming. Wife and I are very happy with the service. Price was very fair (and quite a bit cheaper than the competition (ubreakifix quotes $130). Repair is backed by a 30 day warranty (keep the receipt). read more

Fast phone repair is the worst place to get Your iPhone Repair. My iPhone was not charging. I went there to get it repaired. I don't know what they did, but after 1 week, my iPhone screen started lifting up from on the left side and it broke my screen. I went back and Fast phone repair told me that I have to pay for Screen repair. And after they change my battery, it will show a duplicate battery message. I am so disappointed that I made the decision to get my iPhone fixed at Fast Phone repair in Arlington Beware. You have been warned. read more

These guys replaced my screen in no time. I was very impressed. I would recommend anyone to visit if their screen needs to be replaced!

I have been up here 6 times in the last 4 months. My phone screen has fallen out of my phone 3 times, the other times I got it fixed and an otter box on it with temper glass, I drop it on CARPET and it cracks my actual phone screen, then it continues to spread. This is the worst place you can ever go to and they don't even fix it for free. I have lost out on so much money due to my phone cracking and turning black from freaking carpet. CARPET read more

Amazing service quick fast and cheap.. had the phone screen repaired and replaced in 10 mins with Warranty.. Thanks so much!!!

On December 21st 2021, I took my Samsung Galaxy S10 5G to 'Fast Phone Repair' to have the screen repaired/changed. They gave me a price of $324.76 for the repair. When I took the phone in for the repair, they had ordered the wrong screen. I understand these things happen, and I had a spare phone to use so it wasn't a big deal. The phone was returned to me a few days later. On Friday, April 1st, I dropped my phone in my pool. The phone was retrieved and it immediately powered off on it's own. This was unusual because I have used this phone underwater several times without an issue. The S10 is rated very high in terms of it's ability to withstand water. The phone would not power up. You could see water droplets in the camera lenses. I waited a couple of days to see if it would dry out, but to no avail. I took the phone to a different repair shop. The tech there showed me pictures of the phone internals, there were still some water present, and there was some corrosion starting on some of the boards. I asked the tech how this much water could get into THIS phone. He asked me if I'd had the screen changed recently. He informed me that they had neglected to replace the seal and had only used glue. I went back to Fast Phone Repair to inform them that the phone wasn't properly repaired. The tech there tried to tell me that the seal was installed until I showed him the picture. We went back and forth and he finally said it was my fault for dropping it in the water. I replied that had he not damaged the integrity of the phone by not replacing the gasket, the phone would not have leaked. He just shrugged. I asked him straight out if he was going to do anything about it, he replied, no. The shop that now has my phone for repair informed me that it was 50/50 that he could fix it, and that it would cost $500 if he could. read more

Phone was acting up with my audio (I couldn't hear the other person and the other person could not hear me on calls, could not record video with audio, as well as boot looping) and it turned out I needed an audio IC replacement. Contacted about 7 different places and this was the only place willing to do it. Very fast response via email. In the end they were only able to fix the speakerphone mic , so I can only make calls with the speaker on but all other problems were fixed so phone is at least somewhat usable. They did not charge me bc they did not fix both mics but I did leave a tip bc I know they spent a long time on it. All in all very professional, very fast response, wide range of repairs and if they can't fix it they won't charge you! read more
