I went in to get my back screen replaced, right away when I left my phone overheated while wireless charging in my car. The entire day it kept overheating and drained my battery within a few hours. It also would not MagSafe charge without over heating and would not charge to 100% with MagSafe. Prior to me getting my back screen replaced here I never had issues with my battery or overheating. I returned to the shop and they took no responsibility for their work. I brought it to another shop and the next shop said that the battery has nothing to do with the overheating. Fast phone repair damaged my mother board while replacing my back screen and took no responsibility for their wrong doing. DO NOT BRING YOUR PHONE HERE FOR REPAIR. They are not knowledgeable! Trust me, bring it somewhere else. Save yourself $ and a headache. This place left my phone with an overheated phone that occurs every 1-2 hrs, and drained battery within a few hours after being charged to 100%. I dropped the phone off and was given an estimated pick up of 3-4 hours. They were working on phones already and two people were waiting before I came in. I called them after 2.5 hours because I finished my errands early and they said my phone was ready for pick up. I showed up and paid with a credit card. They also have an ATM inside. My wife and I came in this morning to fix her iPhone XR, which had a cracked glass. We were helped by Tommy. He examined the phone to check that the LCD and Face ID were not damaged (which they weren't). Quoted us $85 (which was $5 cheaper than the website). We happily agreed. 10 minutes later, the glass for the LCD screen was replaced. Tommy included a glass screen protector at no charge. He had us test the screen to make sure that screen responded properly to touch input (which it did). Note, the repair shop does not accept credit cards. However, there is an ATM on site (which has a $3 transaction fee). If you want to save a few bucks on the ATM fees, check the repair shop website for your phone, and withdraw cash from your bank ATM before coming. Wife and I are very happy with the service. Price was very fair (and quite a bit cheaper than the competition (ubreakifix quotes $130). Repair is backed by a 30 day warranty (keep the receipt). read more

On December 21st 2021, I took my Samsung Galaxy S10 5G to 'Fast Phone Repair' to have the screen repaired/changed. They gave me a price of $324.76 for the repair. When I took the phone in for the repair, they had ordered the wrong screen. I understand these things happen, and I had a spare phone to use so it wasn't a big deal. The phone was returned to me a few days later. On Friday, April 1st, I dropped my phone in my pool. The phone was retrieved and it immediately powered off on it's own. This was unusual because I have used this phone underwater several times without an issue. The S10 is rated very high in terms of it's ability to withstand water. The phone would not power up. You could see water droplets in the camera lenses. I waited a couple of days to see if it would dry out, but to no avail. I took the phone to a different repair shop. The tech there showed me pictures of the phone internals, there were still some water present, and there was some corrosion starting on some of the boards. I asked the tech how this much water could get into THIS phone. He asked me if I'd had the screen changed recently. He informed me that they had neglected to replace the seal and had only used glue. I went back to Fast Phone Repair to inform them that the phone wasn't properly repaired. The tech there tried to tell me that the seal was installed until I showed him the picture. We went back and forth and he finally said it was my fault for dropping it in the water. I replied that had he not damaged the integrity of the phone by not replacing the gasket, the phone would not have leaked. He just shrugged. I asked him straight out if he was going to do anything about it, he replied, no. The shop that now has my phone for repair informed me that it was 50/50 that he could fix it, and that it would cost $500 if he could. read more

Phone was acting up with my audio (I couldn't hear the other person and the other person could not hear me on calls, could not record video with audio, as well as boot looping) and it turned out I needed an audio IC replacement. Contacted about 7 different places and this was the only place willing to do it. Very fast response via email. In the end they were only able to fix the speakerphone mic , so I can only make calls with the speaker on but all other problems were fixed so phone is at least somewhat usable. They did not charge me bc they did not fix both mics but I did leave a tip bc I know they spent a long time on it.
