Josh fixed my phone a couple of years back, no issues after quality job. I've recommended a few friends to him and all have had quality repairs. Recently cracked my screen and went to get fixed same day. Best prices for the quality repair beats every place I checked. I know who I trust and will continue to recommend for phone repairs. read more

Lie, cheat and steal. Period. If people want to know the truth about this store, message me and I would be happy to share the story of what happened with the repair shop . Joshua nor Lloyd ( the owner) do not care about doing right by their consumers. We are owed $325 and until I see it, I will make sure every TCU student and family member knows to steer clear of this sketchy establishment. We love Fort Worth and have had nothing but good experiences - until now. It's not about the money, it's about the honesty. Taking advantage of a 19 year old girl who you know needs her phone to work, is absolutely despicable . In addition, assuming my college student has nothing productive to do, and I quote "she can come back to the store she has nothing going on," is gross. She is a scholar student who also has two jobs. No wonder your business is run this way. Next up - Tcu parents page via Facebook. We may have been screwed by I won't let another Tcu family. Go straight to Apple Store next time. Previously posted review was filtered to a "not recommended" status and that's quite unfair to this store. They do great work, quickly and efficiently. I send everyone I know to them. Family, friends, and staff included. read more

Would I recommend this place? Nope! The guy that met me at the door, walked out and asked me to move my car when I parked in front of his business. I told him I just had a question and he was very dismissive on fixing my daughter's iPad screen. Definitely would not entertain giving him any business. read more

Amazing service! They solved my issue in less than 30 seconds and told me no cost! (I have him a good tip) Reccomend!

I had an excellent experience at Fort Worth iPhone Repairs. I shattered the screen of my iPhone 6S Plus and brought it in for a new screen. I was in and out in about 10 minutes. The phone looks like new and has a lifetime warranty from defects. So if it ever stops working, or the screen flashes, etc I can bring it in and get a new screen. Awesome service! I will be bringing all future repair needs here! Thanks! read more

Not only is this shop a nice vibe with gorgeous leather goods everywhere, but the service is fast and friendly! Not proud to say i've had to replace my phone screen more than once, but the quality and price can't be beat. Every time i've been in, my phone is as good as new and it's done extremely quickly! Not sure why other reviews are claiming the service is rude or the prices are wrong. They clearly have the pricing listed on a giant board! Y'all need to learn how to read and how to understand what is included in the service. Thanks again for fixing my phone today, much appreciated!! read more

I was convinced I had broken my iPhone glass. After receiving and excellent quote, I drove over. The gentlemen working didn't have my phone in hand 5 minutes before noticing it was actually my screen protector that had shattered and my phone was fine. I have never been so happy to look foolish. They were very nice and didn't try to take me for my money. Just showed me what it was and let me drive off. Thank you for being absolute professionals. read more

Fort Worth iPhone Repairs - My screen protector. Oof. - Mobile Phone Repair Near Me - Fort Worth, Texas

Called in to ask for a quote on a IPhone. A man answers, the phone and did not want to enclose their name. He said his name is "iPhone repair guy" RED flag! I'm calling to possibly give you about 200$-400$ to repair my Iphone and you can't give me a name? I want to be able to trust you with my belongings, please let me know who I need to get in contact with. 2nd Red flag, man did not want to speak and rushing me off the phone. Oh, and I forgot to mention, this man BURPS before answering the phone. should've hang up then. If I am about to give you my money, please have some respect and act like you want my business. Listen, 400$ to repair the phone is a lot but my phone is used for personal reason so I am more than willing to pay what I need to retrieve my data, photos, and information saved on my cell. At least act like you want my business by being engaging, respectful, and helpful. Taking my business elsewhere. read more

Took my phone in because it wasn't charging; guy just cleaned the charging dock for no charge and now it works as designed. I'll keep referring acquaintances to this business read more

It's been over a month since I've had issues with this business and they have dodged my texts and phone calls. Very ironic considering how quick the owner was to reply to my first Yelp review. Shady business that is not worth the trouble. read more

Amazing! Thank you for taking care of me and providing excellent + quick service. 100% recommend coming here for iphone repairs in FTW

I was quoted $100 for an iPhone screen replacement when I called, but was charged $145 in person. I felt obligated to pay the higher amount because he'd already spent 5 minutes of his time doing the work WITHOUT letting me know the actual cost. Just make sure you don't allow them to do the work before finding out what they're going to charge you. read more

I cracked iPad and went originally to cowtown iPhone repairs- they don't do iPads. Cowtown did recommend FW iPhone repairs on other side of bluebonnet circle. I went over there and Joshua was very responsive and did not take offense that I wanted to get another quote. Fixi and Fort Worth both fix iPads for same cost and for same length of time. I went with Fort Worth bc it was way closer to my house and they fixed it faster than was quoted too. And I got it back before the snow so that was BIG plus for a mom with toddlers. I would highly recommend this shop for iPhone/iPad needs!!! read more

I was literally in here for less than 10 minutes. He fixed my screen ;-) just like new. Definitely recommend. read more

Recommend by a friend after I cracked the screen on my iPhone 7+....... Walked in and out in under 10 min. Friendly staff, good customer service.... Update.... Well I was back again after a few short months, same issue. Came in with a shattered screen again, I was greeted at the door and was help right away. They always go out of their way to make sure the customer is satisfied with their work. If I could I would defiantly rate higher.... great job read more

I always come here when I need work on an iPhone and I refer family and friends here. The owner is very honest and does great work. If something can't be fixed he will be upfront and won't waste your time or money. Very reasonable prices and quality work. I wouldn't ever take my phone anywhere else! read more

I'm not one to write reviews but just had to share my experience here. I shattered the screen on my iPhone 7 Plus and was looking for a decent place to get it replaced. I chose this place based on the reviews, they were all pretty positive. We came here on a Sunday with a little more than an hour left before they were to close. My boyfriend and I walked in and saw a man at the counter working on a phone. I smiled and greeted him........ complete silence. He never acknowledged me or my BF. Not a hello back, or welcome in, guy didn't even look up at us. So, I was like ookkaaay, he's working on a phone maybe he's just super focused and in the zone. Gave him the benefit of the doubt, so my boyfriend and I sat on the benches and waited, waited and continued to wait as he worked. Again we waited a good 15-20ish minutes and not a single acknowledgement during that entire time. We patiently waited for him to finish. So he finished with the client that was already there fully expecting him to finally acknowledge us and be happy to help us. He didn't. It was really awkward at this point honestly, but I really needed my phone fixed so I stayed. When he finally acknowledged us he was very short and came off almost like he was upset that we walked in. I get it sometimes people have bad days, maybe he was having one. But, we will never go back. I will happily take my business elsewhere. read more

Can't recommend more highly. Swapped the battery on my iPhone X. Took less than 5 minutes and was considerably less than other places I got a quote from. read more

Very rude and unprofessional I would rather go to Apple and pay the experts then go here and be scammed come back a few weeks later and oh it's your fault your phones glitching read more

Both the front and back of my iPhone 4s were cracked. I took it in to get the front fixed. Gentleman told me to return within 30minutes. While out I thought to myself, "might as well get the back done, too" so I called him up and let him know to do the back as well. He was really nice and didn't hesitate and told me it was actually already ready. Everything was super fast and he was very professional. I was just curious as to why the back side of the phone no longer had the apple logo after he replaced it. I'm Not a big deal but didn't catch it until after I was long gone. Also, his price was a bit less than competitors. read more

Quick ,easy and inexpensive screen replamy es

Yep, I came back! Still great speedy service! This is now my go to for phone repairs.

Great service, very fast and reliable, i can see why they have 100 reviews and 5 stars

I got a super quick quote, went in without any kind of appointment and my phone was fixed in 10 minutes. Super friendly owner, very knowledgeable with great prices! read more

Fantastic service! My 10 year old broke his iPhone, and the Apple store quoted us about $200 and even then couldn't guarantee they could fix it. I took it here instead, and they popped it open, figured out which part needed to be replaced, re-bent the frame so it wasn't warped anymore, and put it all back together. 10 minutes and $30 later, I left with a very happy kid and a functional phone. read more

Parked and drove away with my screen replaced in less than 15 minutes. Phone looks new again, screen is perfect.

I went to get my phone screen fixed here after coming here for years (I have been coming here since around 2016, so 5 years). The guy helping me was a different guy than last time, which I expected since it had been 2 years since I needed my screen fixed. The guy who helped me was not the best at customer service, to say the least. He referred to another, older customer as "being a Karen" in front of me while she couldn't hear, which I found to be very rude to say about a paying customer. The screen that they put on my phone has a weird tint....it's brightness in colors isn't as good as my previous screen. But, that didn't bother me too much since I was paying a decent price to get my phone screen fixed. A few days later, WITHOUT dropping my phone or any damage having occurred, this weird black line formed going down my screen. It goes down the entirety of my screen. I immediately went back to the repair shop to see what is going on, since they have a "LCD lifetime warranty". The guy who had previously worked on my phone answered the door again & I showed him what was wrong & articulated that I had not dropped it & no damage had occurred. The guy told me it was a "pressure break" & those happen when you put your phone in your pocket or your purse....? Not really sure what all that has to do with a black line forming on my screen down my phone. He refused to help me without me paying the full price of a new screen. Safe to say, I will not be returning with that customer service & terrible quality of the screen. read more

The service was fantastic! I stopped by during my lunch break. My phone was giving him some trouble when he reconnected the screen, and he still finished it in 15 minutes! He's a pro and the service was impeccable! My iPhone 6S is good as new!! I would strongly recommend going here. It was also very affordable, only $65 for the screen replacement. read more

Cracked my screen, called and they said they could fix it in ten minutes. I brought my phone in and they took it inside while I waited outside and fifteen minutes later I had my phone back with a new screen. Price was cheaper then in expected and service was quick. I would recommend to anyone and if it happens again I'll be using this service in the future. read more

Extremely rude staff, very unhelpful and not accommodating. Don't waste you time I recommend going to a better place.

Sadly I dropped my iPhone 7+ yesterday and my screen cracked. I messaged Fort Worth iPhone repair asking for the cost to fix it. They responded within a couple minutes and I was on my way. In and out! Didn't take longer than 10mins. Now I have a new screen yay :) thank you! read more

Fort Worth iPhone repair is incredible! I'm So impressed with this locally run shop, five hundred stars is what I wish I could give. They were able to fix my shattered iPhone 6 screen within 10 minutes of me bringing it in, the owner was extremely friendly, & they have a very reasonable asking price lower than most iPhone repair shops in the area. I would absolutely recommend this shop to all my friends and family. :-) read more

Came in to get my crack screen replaced. It's a different color screen than before and now It won't let me touch certain parts of the screen and is very glitchy. Cost me $100. Go to Apple and pay $200 to get a legit screen. They suck here read more

Clint took my phone call early and quoted me a price to fix my iPhone that I dropped. It was a little more than I was hoping for but due to all the great reviews here on Yelp I decided it is worth a little more to get it done right. I went in around 2 and I was done around 2:13. It was fast, efficient and more importantly, great quality. I hope I never have to come back again, but if the need arises, this is the only IPhone repair choice for me. read more

In and out SO FAST. I called, came by and was out the door with a new screen in less than 10 min. The Apple store would've charged me $150 for my iPhone 7 screen but it was only $75 here.
