Update to previous review: Short story is that I dropped off my wife's phone and paid the fee. But unexpectedly she picked it up and paid again in the process. We never talked about it. The next day I got a call from Chow to the effect "I did not realize I charged y'all twice, sorry. Look for the refund on your card." Can't say how rare it is these days to find excellent service, fair prices AND honesty. Chow delivered all three. Thank you again Chow, you are the MAN! read more

He did a great job! Fast and inexpensive. Everything works perfectly. I recommend him highly!

Another beautiful repair! This time it was my iPhone 14 Max Pro, both the front and back screens *sad face* However, they were repaired within the timeframe given and look good as new. Thank you so much Oasis Savy for your exceptional service! read more

My son put his iPhone 13 on my car without telling me and it went flying off my car. Both the front and back screens were completely cracked/shattered. I was able to bring the phone in and Oasis Savvy was able to replace both screens on the same day. Pricing was consistent with others I received. I would definitely recommend this place for any phone repairs. read more

Great service. Had to get my back screen replaced urgently. Reasonably priced. Gentleman is kind to finish the same day. Gratuity earned.

I had an Ipad pro 12.9 that was not charging. I had already told them another store had changed the usb-c connector and that was not the issue and that instead it was a problem with the motherboard. they told me they worked on motherboards so I took my iPad to them. a few days later they said they changed the usb-c and it didn't fix it, well I already told them that was not the issue. then they said they don't work on motherboards so I was charged and got nothing but wasted time and a still broken iPad . read more

I have an iPhone 12 Pro, that was having a autofocus rear camera problem. I had ordered the part for it on my own time because I was planning to install it myself, until of course I realized how difficult it is to remove the front screen on these newer iPhones... I accidentally cracked my own screen. Yes it sucked. I called Oasis and asked if they could pop my new camera in and replace my screen. They did it in an hour and for a very fair price. If I have any future tech problems, I'm going here! read more

Excellent - Highly recommended I recently had an issue with my iPad Pro not charging. I took it to Ben at Oasis Savvy. He was very knowledgeable about Apple devices and did an excellent job with the repair. I was very pleased with how quickly he returned my iPad. Originally I got an estimate from Keller Computer Care. They told me that if they broke the glass on my iPad while trying to fix my charging port that it would cost me an additional $175. At Oasis Savvy they said that if they broke the glass that it wouukd be replaced with no charge to me. read more

Very quick and honest! I contacted them through Yelp about fixing my Xbox One which had an error code when trying to turn it on. They quoted me a diagnostic fee and said if they could fix it, the diagnostic fee would be credited towards repair fee. It turns out my hard drive had died in Xbox (a common problem and Microsoft no longer offers repairs on this 4 year old Xbox One). Binh not only replaced the drive, but he out in a bigger drive with more storage! read more

Cracked my screen, called these guys to inquire about the repair. Quoted me a reasonable price and repair time frame (same day). Went in to get my phone repair, they were friendly and efficient. I got my phone back on-time as promised. Overall happy with the service, quality of repair and price. I'd definitely come back for future repairs (hopefully won't need it though). read more

They did a fantastic job on my 2011 HP Pavilion! They didn't try to sell me stuff I didn't need, they fixed my old laptop instead of having to buy a new one saving me hundreds of dollars! read more

Service was great, as well as the customer service. Would have gotten 5 stars but with my iPad getting the screen replaced because it was cracked, when using my device over time I realized that there is a spot where I press on the screen and lift up pressure it sounds like the screen is unsticking from the device like not enough glue was used. Everything else works good and the price is definitely better than what apple would have costed to get the screen replaced. read more

Very honest! Quoted me $60 for screen replacement but turned out it was just a loose wire. He fixed the wire for free! He could've charged me and I would've never known. Great customer service and very honest! read more

iPhone 6 repair. Battery wouldn't hold charge. I got pricing at a couple shops and this place was closest to my home, available for repair and best price. I was in and out in 15 minutes. Owner was really nice. So much better than the chaos at an apple store read more

I brought my daughter's hand me down iPhone 7 to Ben at Oasis because it wouldn't hold a charge. Ben told me he'd have to run some tests and could take a couple days. Was possible that it was a blown fuse or motherboard issue and quoted me a price if repair was possible. I left the phone. Next day I get a call, phone is working perfectly. Come get it. To my surprise I arrived after work to get the phone Ben told me it was simply a dead battery. He replaced the battery, ran some tests, and phone worked perfectly. He even charged the battery for me while I was heading over to get the unit. Phone is still working as it should. Ben was great and service was exceptional quality of work perfect. And a simple $50 to replace the battery and do all the testing. Thanks Ben. read more
