Awesome owners/employees in Arlington when it used to be there, and now in Fort Worth. Been going to them for years. The guy at the Fort Worth office is very conversational, we talk online gaming with our kids - ARK, and MineCraft. I haven't been in there in about half a year or a bit longer but never left a review. I'm always in and out of there in less than 45 minutes, and I've never had any issue after they repair my phone. They don't drain your wallet either. The companies so good I don't settle for any of the Iphone repair shops in my area, when I need a repair I drive to the Fort Worth location. I've brought them several broken screens over the years, because I'm your classic butterfingers type, and they've always done great work. That said, they've recently outdone themselves. I was in a fit of rage at an automated answering system with too many hoops to jump through, and smashed my phone to smithereens. It was literally bent at a 45 degree angle and in several pieces. Wow, exceptional service!! I cracked my phone screen a few days ago and came across the fixi shop on Google, today I called ahead to make sure I didn't need an appointment and was told to just walk in. I walked in and was greeted by Ryan who asked me what I needed done, I explained the situation and he told me he could get it done in 15-20 minutes.. No way I thought it could get done that quick but sure enough he had it ready in about 18 minutes!! He was super friendly and talked to me the whole time, he made sure to give me some tips on my phone and was very informative. This funny little repair shop on Montgomery replaced the screen on my iPad after I dropped it and cracked the glass. They were responsive, reasonable and finished the repair exactly when they said they would. The first repair shop said it would be over twice as much as the Fixi Shop charged me. If you need your phone or pad fixed I'd stop by and talk with them. read more

Was recommend this place from my iPhone repair guy. He mentioned good things, so I thought I would check it. Wasn't disappointed. Ryan was able to assist me right away with a professional attitude and knowledgeable mindset of the damage. I will give you the facts. I had my glass replaced. Ordered the the premium glass. Phone works. Clarity and contrast of new glass is 30% poorer than original. Tech told me there would be no difference. Tech was also argumentative. Poor bedside manner. Let's see how it goes. Just spoke by phone to the owner. Walked in to see what the price was for a screen repair and the owner asked me which style it was. I told him I didn't know so he takes the phone out of my case, rips off my screen protector and then told me the two prices! I looked at him a little strange because now, I'm stuck with almost no option because my cracked glass screen that was once protecting me from being cut is now exposed. I was so pissed because someone who does this for a living shouldn't have to tip a screen protector off to 'asses' the damage! I told him I had to see if my work would pay for it first... he looks at me and kinda just shrugs his shoulders and says... sorry bud! Sad part is, I live up the street from the shop and I'm going to go to another shop just because he thought ripping my brand new $40 screen protector off would make me repair it right then. I dropped my phone in some water (you know EXACTLY what happened) and the lady here (I'm so sorry I didn't get her name!) was awesome. She popped that sucker open, dried it with a heat gun and because it wasn't extensively water damaged, sent me on my way free of charge which I thought was super amazing because she definitely took it apart and checked it well. Seeing as how this is the second time I've dropped it in some uh, water, and I'm on the second battery and the second screen, she may have a hunch about my ability to care for my phone. I went to Verizon to get them to check my Phone because it wasn't charging all the time. They took a glance at it and said yeah you need a new phone.
