I left a review on Google under the proper name "R&R Computer Cell Repair" but wanted to make sure my recommendation reached my fellow Yelpers. Amazing service and tech is very knowledgeable. Another phone repair tech quoted me $300 to fix a iPhone 13 that wouldn't turn on. When I brought it into Ryan, he took a look and said it was just the battery port that needed a good cleaning. It was done within minutes and it was free! Phone now turns on and charges without any problems. Definitely go & support this business! read more

Awesome owners/employees in Arlington when it used to be there, and now in Fort Worth. Been going to them for years. The guy at the Fort Worth office is very conversational, we talk online gaming with our kids - ARK, and MineCraft. I haven't been in there in about half a year or a bit longer but never left a review. I'm always in and out of there in less than 45 minutes, and I've never had any issue after they repair my phone. They don't drain your wallet either. The companies so good I don't settle for any of the Iphone repair shops in my area, when I need a repair I drive to the Fort Worth location. They did a fantastic job! Fast and efficient and half the price of the Apple Store! Highly recommend!

Honest, fast, and very reasonable rates. Took my daughter's iPad because it would not change. He fixed the charging port in a jiffy, and gave us some helpful hints so this wouldn't happen again. read more

Had a iPhone screen replaced and got a cover for protection. Wonderful service, friendly, fast and at a great price.

Super nice guy! Working for his friend who owns the place and was on vacation. Honest!! He was right I needed to use my warranty. iPhone was too damaged. Thank you for your honesty!! Highly recommend!! read more

I've brought them several broken screens over the years, because I'm your classic butterfingers type, and they've always done great work. That said, they've recently outdone themselves. I was in a fit of rage at an automated answering system with too many hoops to jump through, and smashed my phone to smithereens. It was literally bent at a 45 degree angle and in several pieces. I swallowed my shame, brought them my phone and an hour later he'd Franken-phoned it back to life. Amazing. Everything works perfectly, the price was right, and I'm happy as a clam. Yes, Fixi shop! Keep doing you! read more

Phone would not start, or charge. I was given great service they soft reset my phone and gave me a bunch of tips on how to prevent my phone from locking up. They didn't charge me but I felt they should. Cool dude read more

Great service! My iPhone screen was fixed very quickly. Saved me a lot of money from having to buy a new phone. Thanks again!

Wow, exceptional service!! I cracked my phone screen a few days ago and came across the fixi shop on Google, today I called ahead to make sure I didn't need an appointment and was told to just walk in. I walked in and was greeted by Ryan who asked me what I needed done, I explained the situation and he told me he could get it done in 15-20 minutes.. No way I thought it could get done that quick but sure enough he had it ready in about 18 minutes!! He was super friendly and talked to me the whole time, he made sure to give me some tips on my phone and was very informative. Definitely recommend going here, incredible service, super fast, and probably the best price in the metroplex! read more

I have a large variety and number of iPhones and iPads. I absolutely rely on this place to keep them up and running.

Ryan is a rock star! We've used him several times and he's always pulled thru! But his latest was a miracle & a life saver ~ literally! My iPhone, fairly new, fell into the toilet. My husband would've become enraged if I had told him but I thought I would go to Ryan first. Somehow Ryan dried it out and changed the screen and voila! It works and it's good as new! I highly recommend him, & the shop for all your fixit needs. And if they can't help you he'll tell you right there and then! Thank you Fixit and Ryan! read more

This funny little repair shop on Montgomery replaced the screen on my iPad after I dropped it and cracked the glass. They were responsive, reasonable and finished the repair exactly when they said they would. The first repair shop said it would be over twice as much as the Fixi Shop charged me. If you need your phone or pad fixed I'd stop by and talk with them. read more

Was recommend this place from my iPhone repair guy. He mentioned good things, so I thought I would check it. Wasn't disappointed. Ryan was able to assist me right away with a professional attitude and knowledgeable mindset of the damage. I didn't even know my iPad was bent, haha. 24-48 hour return time (mine was done in 24), and was quoted 99$. I felt it was a little bit steep for the price, but they also helped remove the bend that was present. I do recommend. Check them out! read more

I will give you the facts. I had my glass replaced. Ordered the the premium glass. Phone works. Clarity and contrast of new glass is 30% poorer than original. Tech told me there would be no difference. Tech was also argumentative. Poor bedside manner. Let's see how it goes. Just spoke by phone to the owner. He was very apologetic and offered to replace my glass with a new. Nice recovery. I am grateful for the offer and the time the owner took to follow up. Thank you. read more

Went in earlier this week and was thoroughly impressed! Had my iPhone screen fixed in a jiffy and had a pleasant conversation with the employee working that day. He also helped me with advice before purchasing a new iPhone and stopped me from buying the 12, which is not what it's cracked up to be. Saved me the trouble and looking forward to my new 11! If I happen to crack it or have issues, definitely returning to the Fixi Shop! read more

They replaced my cracked IPhone screen in 15 minutes. Awesome experience! I had tacos next door while I waited.

Great customer service. Made us feel welcome. They were not able to help us with our cell phone issue, but we're kind enough to let us know who to contact. Will definitely come back here if we have any other issues. read more

The shop has weird hours. And sometimes isn't open on time, but they fixed my iPhone 6 in 20 minutes. Really nice people working there. It wasn't like other phone places where they tell you half an hour and then it takes 2 hours. read more

Walked in to see what the price was for a screen repair and the owner asked me which style it was. I told him I didn't know so he takes the phone out of my case, rips off my screen protector and then told me the two prices! I looked at him a little strange because now, I'm stuck with almost no option because my cracked glass screen that was once protecting me from being cut is now exposed. I was so pissed because someone who does this for a living shouldn't have to tip a screen protector off to 'asses' the damage! I told him I had to see if my work would pay for it first... he looks at me and kinda just shrugs his shoulders and says... sorry bud! Sad part is, I live up the street from the shop and I'm going to go to another shop just because he thought ripping my brand new $40 screen protector off would make me repair it right then. Bad business and horrible way to make customers. read more

I dropped my phone in some water (you know EXACTLY what happened) and the lady here (I'm so sorry I didn't get her name!) was awesome. She popped that sucker open, dried it with a heat gun and because it wasn't extensively water damaged, sent me on my way free of charge which I thought was super amazing because she definitely took it apart and checked it well. Seeing as how this is the second time I've dropped it in some uh, water, and I'm on the second battery and the second screen, she may have a hunch about my ability to care for my phone. Sadly, I'm sure I'll be back but I'll gladly fork over some dough for the great customer experience and craftsmanship. -written on the world's sturdiest iPhone 6. read more

Ryan is a HERO. He fixed my phone in under twenty minutes, and it honestly feels like it's working better than it did when it was brand new. He was super nice and the prices were very reasonable. Also, the wait time is just long enough to walk next door to Taco Head and get some food, so honestly, this place is the best. read more

Great service. I've been using them since the first time I busted my phone. I need to practice holding on to my phone a bit more. But until then, the Fixi shop is my go-to place until I can train my monkey paws to hold on firmly to an iPhone. Visiting this place has saved me from buying a new phone multiple times over. Thanks! read more

I went in fully expecting that they would have to keep my phone overnight to fix the broken screen but , no way, he fixed it in twenty minutes. Went next door and had a margarita and taco by the time I'd finished eating the phone was fixed! Great service and he's very friendly. read more

Honest and reliable service. It was refreshing to not be taken advantage of and for a fair price. I went to Verizon to get them to check my Phone because it wasn't charging all the time. They took a glance at it and said yeah you need a new phone. So I called around and found this place and took my phone in and it turns out my phone had lint in the charger port and he cleaned it for no charge. The Fixi Shop was very nice and quick. read more
