The phone was flashing pink and green lines everytime he turned it on, doing split screen motions when he tried to switch apps, and would randomly shut off on him. We came back because who wants to pay almost $300 for a phone that doesn't work properly. He said give him a week with the phone because "it was the most complex phone he ever had to TRY and fix" and gave my boyfriend a replacement phone. The replacement phone also had screen issues and eventually went black screened and when given back his original phone the camera was fixed but the screen had multiple lines all over the screen and the back was broken. Since septem we have brung this phone up here 4 or 5 times to get the correct service and sol and have been met with complete bullshit each time. Now they are refusing to do anything about the screen period and won't refund his money so he can take it somewhere they know what they're doing.

When I explained that I need to bring in a laptop for service, I also explained that I had a medical & mental health exemption from the unlawful mask mandate and asked if there was an accommodation they could make like taking the computer from me outside. The individual insulted me instead and said anyone not wearing a mask is immoral as HE has complications with asthma and wears it. My complication is due to violent trauma and I should not have to reveal what took place, however, this individual went above and beyond to insult me and every other individual that is unable to wear this and has ADA accommodations for work and to be in public places for services. He told us the repair would take 3-4 days, but it ended up dragging on for weeks with multiple delays. Eventually, he shipped the computer back to me without my permission, and it arrived with the stand broken and the fan still unfixed. He said he would come fix it once the new fan came in, but after waiting over a month with no resolution, I finally gave up and ordered the fan and a new stand myself and had someone else complete the repairs. The whole process was unnecessarily drawn out, and I ended up having to spend more time and money to get things done right. I would not recommend.
