I recently had a complete stereo system installed in my 2019 Toyota Tundra including the Alpine deck, 10 speakers in the doors and dash, 2 subwoofers w/box, 2 Amps, XM radio, Dynamat on all 4 doors and rear wall, front bumper camera, and all the wiring to make it work. Originally, I planned on installing it all myself and had purchased the all the items but later changed my mind after I realized how much work it was. That's when I looked up Bonnie & Clyde's and made an appointment for install. I spoke with Mason, the owner, and his brother about what I wanted and handed them the keys. Their senior installer handled my install start to finish and did an amazing job with everything. The finished product was immaculate; no cables were visible, everything fit right, and the vehicle still looked stock which was awesome. We sat in the truck for a test run of the new system and I gotta say...WOW! It sounds INCREDIBLE! Everything is tuned to perfection and I couldn't be happier. These guys really know their stuff. I took my Model X in to get the front windshield tinted on 7/31 and paid $688 after tax. I know…read morethat the windshield on these cars is complicated to tint given the size, but the quality of the install on my car was subpar to say the least. Even worse was the customer service I received after pointing out some quality issues. I contacted the shop the next day after seeing that there were some very noticeable light gaps in the tint, as well as some overall shoddy craftsmanship in multiple areas. I had to speak with the shop over the course of 4 different phone calls as the owner, for some reason, was using one of their employees to speak to me as the middleman. After all of this back and forth, they refused to take accountability or offer a reasonable solution to fix their poor work. They offered me 2 "solutions" along with countless excuses as to why the install was up to their standards. Their "solutions" were to: 1) Install a black vinyl stripping to cover the light gaps - essentially putting a bandaid on the issue. 2) Reinstall the tint but the shop wanted to force me to sign a document stating that I would accept the second attempt before even seeing it - giving the shop a free pass to potentially do an even worse job and giving me not choice but to accept the result no matter how good or bad it turned out. A few of their excuses as to why this was a quality install were: 1) The gaskets around the window were too tight and there are going to have to be light gaps. It's "impossible" to get a flush fit with this vehicle. 2) The clarity of the install was great (mind you, I never once brought up any issues regarding this) and they were worried the second job might not be as good. 3) They were worried that debris might get under the film if they tried again. I was willing to give the shop another shot at making things right and reinstalling the tint, but I wasn't willing to be strong armed into signing a document accepting the work before inspecting it again. As the shop did not seem to want to take accountability, I asked them to then remove the film and refund my money as the quality of the job did not reflect the $600+ they charged me. I was then informed that "all sales are final". Horrible job and horrendous customer service. Stay away unless you want to be gaslit into thinking that this type of subpar work is somehow acceptable.

After putting up with the loud exhaust for a couple years, I was done. I went to a place that was closer to me at the time, and they put a stock muffler on it. Still had a little rumble, but told not much to do about it. Job well done, or so I thought. Few years later, I start noticing a rattle on startup. It's not bad, it goes away after warm up. I carry on. Few months ago, it gets worse, still goes away, but I think I might have a transmission issue. Friend of mine I'm telling about it said he had the same thing once and he had a broken bracket on his exhaust system. I get under and see this mess. Cracked welds, pipe separated from the muffler. Also, they didn't install a mounting support above the pipe, probably one of the reasons it broke. Well, not going back to that place. I did a little research, and Big Johns looked like the best place. Little out of my way, but I wanted to make sure this time things went better. I believe John was there when I arrived, and had another guy who worked with him. I mentioned the whole problem, plus said it was still a little loud. He suggested a slightly bigger muffler, plus he installed a bracket support where the other place hadn't, and also redid the other two supports that were in place. The new supports were obviously more heavy duty. It did the trick. Also, I noticed my car was running better and a couple of issues had gone away. Car is now running like it did before all this started, and it's the quietest it's ever been. Charged me $200 and it was well worth it. At this point, I'm pretty happy. Be aware that when I was there, they only work on one car at a time. I don't know if he utilizes the other garage bay, but they work fast. It took maybe 30 minutes or so to do the job.

The only thing that was not the same size was the patio door. When I talked with James, he replies very fast and very friendly as well. He does an onsite consultation and gets the exact measurements, but unfortunately, I had to work during the week and no internet at the home yet and then of course all my belongings were still in California. However, he did mail me a package of tint to take a look at and all prices are the same no matter what you choose. I decided not to look anywhere else and just went with this company. The prices were great. I had my windows tinted in California and I paid 3 times as much, but then again I did have more windows too. The installer came the following week and got done within 5-6 hours as I had 13 windows to tint. The thing that made the process fast was everything was precut and ready to go and all I had to do was give them the measurements. I am sure I was probably off a little, but they managed to make the windows perfect. Overall, for great prices, awesome service and excellent feel for the house. Well money spent especially for the Texas heat. I will put in pictures later.

This fraudster falsified the eBay document and claimed my item was defective. My item wasn't defective he uses my item free for 30 days and then claimed it was "defective", he likely uses the same tactics to scam other sellers, and free use their products. What Scammers, Fraudsters. Dishonest, Unethical, and a Criminal. Do not go there to get your computer repaired, this scammer will cheat on you. Do that often, and eBay will ban you from buying. I took it to Computer Doctors for repair. Shawn did a great job of changing out both parts and was done the same afternoon. It wasn't his fault but the new charging port card was faulty in that the fingerprint sensor wasn't functioning after the replacement. I ordered another one (overnighted) in case he didn't have an extra and went back right away. He opened up the phone and checked the connection as I stood and watched and then checked 2 other replacement parts of the same type and also the one I ordered and brought in. All were faulty from the factory or at least incompatible with the fingerprint sensor. We know this to be true because he saved the part he took out last week (amazingly) and put it back in and the fingerprint sensor now works again. He did this extra work for free right then and there. He also only charged for one of the repairs since he was going to have the phone opened anyway. Bottom line - he did a great job, was prompt, nice, and insisted on doing everything possible to fix my phone even though Samsung has made that not viable but that's Samsung's fault. He did bring it to my attention that my phone has wireless charging and sold me a puck style charger for the low price of $20. It works great. The new battery holds a charge all day now. Anyway - I'm good to go for a few more years. I highly endorse Computer Doctors if you have any computer or phone repair problems. They have been in the same location for over 20 years and will go above and beyond the call of duty to solve your problem.
